Preferred Solution: Mouse/keyboard hijacked randomly?

I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/directdownload.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

A: Mouse/keyboard hijacked randomly?

Whenever this has happened in the past I've always been on the internet and it doesn't feel like a hardware issue... I have standard logitech wireless mouse/keyboard. When I run ESET and Super anti-spyware the problem seems to go away. If people think this is just a hardware issue randomly then I'm not going to worry about it, however if people think it could be a random hijacking then obviously I'm going to worry about it.

Welcome to the BleepingComputer Forums. Since it has been a few days since you scanned your computer with HijackThis, we will need a new HijackThis log. If you have not already downloaded Random's System Information Tool (RSIT), please download Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) by random/random which includes a HijackThis log and save it to your desktop. If you have RSIT already on your computer, please run it again. Double click on RSIT.exe to run RSIT. Click Continue at the disclaimer screen. Please post the contents of log.txt. Thank you for your patience. Please see Preparation Guide for use before posting about your potential Malware problem. If you have already posted this log at another forum or if you decide to seek help at another forum, please let us know. There is a shortage of helpers and taking the time of two volunteer helpers means that someone else may not be helped. Please post your HijackThis log as a reply to this thread and not as an attachment. I am always leery of opening attachments so I always request that HijackThis logs are to be posted as a reply to the thread. I do not think that you are attaching anything scary but others may do so. While we are working on your HijackThis log, please: Reply to this thread; do not start another! Do not make any changes on your computer during the cleaning process or download/add programs on your computer unless instructed to do so. Do not run any other tool until instructed to do so! Let me know if any of the links do not work or if any of the tools do not work. Tell me about problems or symptoms that occur during the fix. Do not run any other programs or open any other windows while doing a fix. Ask any questions that you have regarding the fix(es), the infection(s), the performance of your computer, etc.Thanks.

Ever since I upgraded my video card to a ATI Radeon 9600, 256, my mouse and keyboard will just turn off at random times. I think it only occurs when the video card is in use. So say if Im playing a game, sometimes 30 minutes in or 2 hours in, the keyboard and mouse will turn off, and then about 5 seconds later, my entire computer reboots itself, which is very frustrating and annoying. Ive installed drivers, and that didnt help either. Why is this happening? My mouse is a Logitech Cordless MouseMan Optical and my keyboard is Logitech Cordless Desktop. I am running on Windows XP.

A:Mouse and Keyboard turn off randomly

Hmm. I'm not sure but you might go to the web sites of your mouse and keyboard maker and make sure that you have the latest drivers available for XP. Also, make sure the keyboard and mouse are plugged in really well to the back of your computer. I too had a weird mouse problem and figured out it was broken wires in the mouse cord. I went to a wireless optical mouse. Don't pooh pooh the easy things. Good luck!

For the past couple of days, my mouse and my keyboard would stop responding after a while of using (ranging anywhere from a couple minutes to a few hours). My computer itself does not freeze, because I can still see things happening on the screen, such as a cursor blinking or images/videos moving. Just that I cannot move my cursor, click, or press any keys. My mouse and keyboard have lights in them, so I know they did not lose a connection

Go to device manager uninstall you keyboard then your mouse driver then reboot the machine.
to go to device manager press the windows key and pause at the same time.Upon reboot of the machine the drivers are automatically reinstalled.

OK I got a new nvidia g-Force 5200 card , got online downloaded the driver. So far everythings ok. Went to play Halo which the card can handle no prob and the keyboard locks up . The usb mouse is still working. I try three different keyboards same thing. I try a none usb mouse and it locks up as well. Could this be the mobo or a driver issue? Please help. Some what of a novice.

Welcome to TFS

check in bios the USB mouse support is enabled, the KB's if there internet KB's might require maufacture drivers to work properly. standard KB's should run fine.

Help please my mouse and keyboard are not being recognized periodically My mouse and keyboard are both wired and my wireless card is also connected to the same sets of usb ports on the back of my computer It being mouse and Keyboard recognized randomly not makes the sound of being disconnected then the sound of being reconnected however it doesn't let me move the mouse or type anything The wireless card still works because I was once in dota and I could still hear other players talking yet unable to move or type this also rules out the computer freezing because other things from the game were moving I'm at a total loss and so Keyboard and mouse randomly not being recognized far and no Google search has been helpful It is worth noting that my mouse probably has a small break in it so it disconnects on its own but it reconnects within seconds i'm Keyboard and mouse randomly not being recognized also replacing it as soon as possible Before this my keyboard has had no Keyboard and mouse randomly not being recognized problems So far the only way to fix the problem is resetting the computer stats for computer windows service pack bit Acer manufactured however the case has been replaced some time ago intel core i - Cpu GHz gb ram

A:Keyboard and mouse randomly not being recognized

First of all - welcome to BC !

When problems like these crop up the usual first step is to replace the components giving you grief and agony. You have said it yourself -'there is a small break in it' referring to your mouse - so try a different one. You don't need to go out and buy one right away, just borrow one for an hour or two. But given your remark, I'd get a new one, they are not what anyone would call expensive.

Try the mouse first and see if that solves your problem. If it doesn't, again, borrow a keyboard and try with a different one. It is uncommon for two components to fail at more or less the same time but it can happen And like mice. basic keyboards are not expensive.

My mouse and keyboard after using the computer after a while decides not to work. No lights coming from either device. It needs a hard restart to make it work.

Both plugged into the USB ports but when they stopped working, the wireless (Also usb port) still worked.

Not sure if this related but when I plugged in my USB before, my HDD decided not to be recognised but my SSD was so I wasn't restarted.

Recently I have been having this problem where my PS keyboard and mouse both stop responding The lights are still on but neither work Sometimes it happens just to my mouse and not the keyboard but randomly stop responding Keyboard/Mouse (PS/2) usually both When it happens they are not responding for anywhere from a few seconds to a Keyboard/Mouse randomly stop responding (PS/2) few minutes but by that point I restart the computer If it happens just to the mouse putting the computer to sleep using the keyboard and wakening it again fixes the problem I have tried to update the drivers in device manager by letting windows search for them online but it says they are up-to-date I also checked all the connections inside the computer unplugging and re-plugging each one as well as air-dusting Is anyone able to help me find out whats wrong or how I can fix it Thanks in advance EDIT If I can't find a fix I think I will just purchase a USB mouse and keyboard but I'd rather try fix the problem first EDIT I am still very much in need of help

A:Keyboard/Mouse randomly stop responding (PS/2)

Well, this can be hard to fix as normally we will suggest opening task manager or resource manager when this occurs to see if you are experiencing high cpu usage, which can cause input devices to become unresponsive. But to open those, you need...a keyboard and/or a mouse! If it only effects the mouse, you can try opening task manager with the keyboard (Ctrl+shift+Esc), and see if you are experiencing high CPU usage.

You can also try unplugging the unresponsive device, and plugging it back in to see if that re-enables it. If it is not an actual PS2 issue, a USB device may not correct the problem. If the problem was happening regularly, you could either boot to safe mode to see if it occurs there, or (better for prolonged testing), perform a clean start to see if there is a conflict causing the problem.

A:USB drivers for mouse and keyboard are crashing randomly

Hello Lexander,

Welcome to Seven forums.

You must check if the Mouse and keyboard are connected in USB 3.0 ports. If yes, then please try updating the drivers for USB 3.0 and chipset from the manufacturer’s website.

If the issue keeps re-occurring after multiple attempts of drivers update, then you may consider windows re-installation after backing up your data.

Hello everyone I have been having a rather annoying issue for a while now This mostly happens on start up and once desktop loads up either my USB mouse freezes or my keyboard doesn't work or sometimes BOTH My keyboard is a PS Keyboard It seems the only solution when both freeze at the same time is to either restart the computer or unplug them and plug them back in This morning when I booted it up my mouse immediately was frozen and I unplugged it and plugged it back in and now it is working This error is very random and sometimes doesn't happen immediately or working randomly keyboard and stop Mouse on start up but while browsing the Internet a decent amount of Mouse and or keyboard randomly stop working time after start up Another important thing I forgot to mention is I get NO blue screen Mouse and or keyboard randomly stop working or no error message it just stops working I have no idea as to what could be causing this problem so if anyone could please assist me I would greatly appreciate it Thank you

So i just started up my computer today, and after about 10 minutes, while on youtube, my mouse and keyboard stopped working. The lights on the keyboard and mouse where still on. I had to shut down my computer through the power button, and after i started it up, CHKDSK did a check on windows. After 10 minutes of booting it up again, (again being on youtube in mozilla firefox), same thing happened. I am typing this through safe mode and ran malwarebytes, but it doesn't detect anything.
What can i do to fix this? Thanks

Hi,
My system with WIN98Se has the mouse and keyboard lock up randomly. I have 512 mb of RAM PC133, a Visiontek Xtasy Radeon 9200SE videocard. The video card and hard drive are new, and the DFI CA64-TC motherboard was replaced also. The lock up has occurred with two different motherboards, two different hard drives and two different video cards. The Cpu is a VIA C3 800mHZ. Thanks

A:WIN98Se locks up mouse and keyboard randomly.

Did you reinstall after changing motherboards? If not, your W98 still ahs all the drivers from the original mobo it was installed on, and they will NOT work an a new mobo.
You new mobo has a driver-CD, install those drivers and see how it goes. Update to all current drivers for your hardware, especially the graphics card.

Hello everyone this problem had started for me only about or so days ago and is rather annoying What happens is that randomly while using the mouse it would working and keyboard stop randomly Mouse freeze up and I would hear the quot Device Disconnect quot sound and a second later the mouse would work again This happens absolutely randomly and after Mouse and keyboard randomly stop working a bunch of times both the keyboard and the mouse completely stops working They are both connected to the USB ports on the motherboard at the back of the computer and unplugging and replugging does not make them work again I have tried plugging them into other USB ports such as in the front and top of the PC and they start working again but only temporarily until they once again stop working Mouse and keyboard randomly stop working completely after like - mins or so The only solution to get the mouse and keyboard working again temporarily is to restart the PC using the main power button When they stop working the numlock light is still lit on the keyboard but the keyboard does not respond and I have a small indicator light on my laser mouse that just starts blinking when it normally has never done that Everything else is still working such as any music playing and the internet I have read soooo many forum posts on the internet and have tried sooo many different things and nothing has worked thus far and that is why I am posting so that perhaps someone could find a solution Things I have already done I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the usb mouse and keyboard drivers from both the device manager and the actual drivers CD of my computer I went to msconfig and set it to Diagnostic startup and did a restart thinking that perhaps something might be interfering but nope still did not work I have restarted the computer in safe mode and this problem persists even in safe mode I have went to the Power Options in my control panel and under the USB setting made sure that it was already set as quot Disabled quot I have no clue what precipitated this issue and I am absolutely dumbfounded in how to solve it Many different forum posts have suggested this might be some sort of power issue But I don't really believe that is the case because I only got my current computer at the beginning of this year I've never had an issue with my keyboard or mouse and I've never once seen the CPU usage go to even when playing some high requirement games If anyone has any other suggestions I would be more than happy to try

Welcome to SevenForums.

Are you using 2 antiviruses on your computer by any chance?

There are no blue screen dump files in your zip. Are you getting BSOD-s or just the issue with the keyboard and mice? Did you try different keyboard or mice?

Do not use CCleaner if you're getting BSOD-s. It can clean away the dump files.

Follow the tutorial below, it might help:USB Driver - General Fix for Problems
Check for a BIOS update:

Code:
BIOS Version/Date Dell Inc. A06, 10/17/2011
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
Click on the
Type CMD on Search
Left click and Run as Administrator
Type SFC /scannow

My PC won't stop working Keyboard mouse randomly and go into sleep mode either automatically or manually so I Keyboard and mouse randomly stop working just leave it on all day the screen will go off at the pre-determined time though However that's not my issue as I've learned to live with it I'm just mentioning it because it could be related to the following issue that just Keyboard and mouse randomly stop working started happening yesterday When I come down to use the PC after it's been sitting unused for a few hours the screen is off and I can still hear the fans running and the power light is on as always Usually all I have to do is hit a key or move the mouse and the screen comes back on and away I go The last couple days though the keyboard and mouse both USB appear to have quot turned off quot no lights showing on either during the idle period Then no matter what I do I can't get the screen to come back on because they keyboard and mouse have somehow went off At that point all I can do is a hard shutdown holding the power button until the machine turns off and reboot at which time everything's fine Anyone know what's going on It's one of those quot everything was fine for weeks and then all of a sudden quot things This is a Windows bit machine fully updated and no recent changes made

Since you are doing hard shut downs, I highly recommend a Disk Check with Automatically fix file system errors checked.
As to the mouse/keyboard issue, please provide more information. Are these USB or PS/2 devices?

Also, we have no idea if you have a laptop, desktop, or an HP UFO running Windows 7 (the last one is just a joke; HP has no UFOs to my knowledge ). Please fill in your system specs in your profile and not in a post in this thread: System Info - See Your System Specs

As of lately my mouse and keyboard sometimes just stop working. It seems to happen more often while I'm playing games (but that's mostly what I do so not sure if that has anything to do with it ). Usually before it happens I'll hear the usb sound and the mouse will disconnect and reconnect and it'll work fine then just out of the blue it'll disconnect and that's that. I have to shutdown and restart. It only just started doing this a couple weeks ago. My mouse is a logitech UAE-96 (I think) and the keyboard is a microsoft ergonomic 4000, its an ASUS MoBo, I've checked keyboard drivers and they are up to date and I've also checked my usb drivers, also up to date. I used the mouse on my laptop for quite awhile before I built this pc and never had a problem.

A:7 x64 mouse and keyboard randomly stop working.

I'm going to make a new post about the issue I'm having. It's a similar problem to yours.
Take a look. I've done lots of troubleshooting and still no luck. Try turning of the power saving feature on the USB devices.

Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Power Options/Edit Plan Settings - Change Advanced Power settings

If a USB mouse and keyboard scroll to USB devices open the Plus mark, and disable the power feature. This will prevent windows from shutting off power to the device, a common cause for this problem. Hope it works for you. If not rule out the mouse and keyboard by trying them on other computers, then start walking down the road I'm on...lol

They just stop, they don't turn off, they aren't disconnected, the computer still running fine, nothing unusual but the mouse and the keyboard. I don't think this is a problem with the keyboard and mouse because until yesterday I it was a mouse only problem and I was going to buy a new one, but now the keyboard also stop responding and I'm worried. They stop for only a few sec, around 10~~20 secs before normalizing.

A:Keyboard and Mouse stop working randomly.

Hello and welcome maridan48 mate first and most obvious question is have you tried another KB and mouse?

Next are the devices simple units or larger gaming ones that may have drivers?

Third if they are USB connected are the machine's USB drivers up to date - don't rely on the Windows driver test use manufacturers sites.

Hi,

I've been recently having a few problems with my mouse and keyboard, generally it's the keyboard freezes, then my mouse goes (because I have a USB Hub incorporated into my keyboard and that's where my mouse is plugged in), this is really strange because I've been using the setup for over a month now and I haven't had any problems up until recently, where I had to do a huge amount of Windows Updates. Could that me the source of my problems?

P.S. I'm posting from my laptop, because I just cannot use my PC it's almost impossible, so I will get the dump logs and specs of my computer as soon as I can get it to work for a few minutes without me ending up crying.

Thanks in advance

A:Mouse and Keyboard Randomly Stop Working

Hi ParadAUX and Welcome to sevenforums I hope you'll enjoy your stay here.

Could you please provide us with a little bit more information about the computer, would really help us if you were able to get the motherboard model, keyboard and mouse model numbers, it's just really hard to know what the issue might be.

Though have you tried plugging the mouse directly into the PC rather than having it in the keyboard usb hub?

Cheers!
Boris

Every so often I get this problem where my keyboard mouse functions change -With the keyboard it's usually a randomly and mouse My keyboard functions change SHIFT lock not CAPS lock that is every button that I hit expresses a character My keyboard and mouse functions randomly change or function like as if I was holding down SHIFT -With the mouse there are several problems Left clicking quot sticks quot so any field where you can select text or draw a My keyboard and mouse functions randomly change selection box will have that happen when I move the mouse around after clicking somewhere in the field Left clicking any link or bookmark causes it to open in a new page to be loaded The scroll wheel function changes to forward and back rather than scrolling up and down The right mouse button does it's own tricks but I can't remember it exactly This has happened with two different sets of keyboards mice operating with different drivers The only solution is to restart unplugging doesn't solve the trick I cannot recall exactly what I may have installed around the time the problem showed up unfortunately So what's the deal exactly Anyone experienced this

A:My keyboard and mouse functions randomly change

My suggestion would be to check your system for any malware, spyware and adware that might be lingering around, which can cause such problems your are experiencing. Next would be to make sure your system is completely updated with MS updates, all hardware drivers from the respected vendors/manufactures, and then all software. A BIOS update is worth looking at as well. Then check your keyboard/mouse settings for any changes. The only other two options left are kind of drastic, which are a system restore and a complete re-install of the OS.

Hello Forum I am working on my mom's PC as she is having major problems I'm guessing the recommended solution is going to be a complete new installation when I describe the problems - She has had a few credit card numbers stolen used and her e-mail was compromised Windows Defender was disabled and I could not enable it but now that is fixed it is again disabled but this time by the Anti-Virus Program and not the malware Internet Explorer could not open websites as it always said that the Pop-up - Mouse/Keyboard randomly working stop on Websites Ads security settings were blocking the website Because of these errors I removed a lot of malware with ADWCleaner Emsisoft and Malwarebytes I'm not convinced I got it all though The remaining problems are that the PC is extremely slow the mouse and keyboard randomly stop working multiple wired devices tested and random Ads pop up on websites from AdChoice and WebAds that should have no ads The speed of the PC is not of interest to me in this post I can get to that by cleaning up the startup applications etc But I am guessing it will speed up once all malware is removed Now the PC info Windows Home Premium bit GFI Software Vipre Anti-Virus I hope that's enough info to get us started on a solution Thanks in advance Dave

So there are a couple of times (not very often) when my keyboard OR mouse doesn't work after waking up my Win 10 system from sleep. What I do is to let it sleep and wake it up again and everything seems to be normal again. Not something major but definitely an annoyance. The weird thing is that when this issue happens the LED's on my keyboard or mouse are lit up so there's definitely power coming from the USB ports.

A:Keyboard/Mouse not working randomly after waking up from sleep

Sounds like somethings running in the background. Check to see if any devices are plugged in , printer, camera, usb flash drive... and see if removing them helps resolve the issue.

Hello, I have recently upgraded to windows 8. I was previously using a logitech mk320 mouse/keyboard and experiencing the same issues. So I purchased the new K330 setup that is windows 8 compatible, but again same issues. A little less frequently, but same issues.

Basically the keyboard will randomly have a 3 to 15 second delay when typing. To make it worse when it does finally pick up it leaves out letters making it very hard to type anything. Secondly the mouse will also randomly be very choppy. Not completely unresponsive, but skip over large sections of the screen. It's almost like the batteries are dying, but I have replace them 2 times now with fresh ones. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

A:Logitech K330 Keyboard and Mouse Randomly Freeze

I have a K350 keyboard and M570 trackball, no problems in Windows 8 or 8.1 clean installs. I had mouse/keyboard issues after updating to the 8.1 preview though the Windows store though. When you upgraded did you do a clean install or upgrade install? Upgrade installs will have issues more often than not.

For some reason, even after getting a new mouse and keyboard, both of the items randomly keep freezing up for around a second or so. If im typing 'hello' and it freezes my keyboard will freeze at 'he' and then spam llllllllllllllllllllllllllll after the He- in hello. The same thing will happen to my mouse only in movement locations. I tried getting a new mouse and it didnt work. I have a 1250 watt power source and i tried several different usb ports to plug them in. I even reformatted my computer and installed the drivers for them and they still short out. Im at the end of the line because this computer is half a year old and has several upgrades allready. Any thoughts?

Windows 7 freezes randomly (mouse and keyboard no response)
TAGS: Windows Windows 7Mice KeWindows 7 Share

This happens randomly. When the Windows freezes, my mouse can't move and my keyboard's cap lock is not functioning(both input devices have no response). Every time I am forced to shut down the PC by pressing the power button (restart button no response as well). After reboot, the Windows is running properly(rarely require to reboot more than once).

This problem is quite annoying and I do want to know the cause of this problem. In my opinion, I wonder if my Windows is infected by some kind of virus. However, there's no virus found after scanning by AVG Anti-Virus free and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

it would be appreciated if this problem could be solved. Thanks in advance!

A:Windows 7 freezes randomly (mouse and keyboard no response)

Can you post the make, and model of your computer. Also is it a laptop / desktop.

Have you tried running in safe mode, to see if the "freeze" still happens.

Somethings to look at, and, or try. Go to Start > Search then type compmgmt.msc double click on compmgmt.msc, look through Event Viewer for any errors, or warnings.

You might consider testing your hardware, RAM, and Hard Drive. To test your RAM, go to Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool download the Pre-Compiled Bootable ISO (.zip) extract the .zip to a folder, then burn the .iso using software like The Official ImgBurn Website if you don't have a program that burns .iso images. To a CD, then boot from CD Run Memtest on one stick of RAM at a time, any errors then the stick is bad, and needs to be replaced.

To test your hard drive, download Seatools,
SeaTools for DOS | Seagate
Burn to a CD, using imgburn, or other .iso burning software, then boot from CD run both short, and long tests

A:Mouse and keyboard randomly freeze up. (Vista Home Premium 32 bit)

Have rep for being a determined and methodical troubleshooter

Does the "mouse and keyboard cutting out" symptom also occur if you don't boot to Windows at all? For example, press 'del' during the POST to enter the BIOS config and stay there long enough to determine whether the same keyboard issue is evident. Alternatively, boot something like Knoppix or another OS from a CD (or USB or even a floppy).

If the same symptom is evident, I think you could safely conclude that a hardware-level problem is certain. If not, it would be interesting to hear back from you as there are other troubleshooting steps you could take if the issue is specific to Windows.

Hi all. I have already posted this once here. The topic had quite a few views and not a single reply. I'm giving this another try, as the problem persists and is not getting any better.

The keyboard on my Aurora m9700 is having some strange issues. I cannot figure if it is software or hardware related, either. At random intervals, the keyboard will cease function. But when I go into standby, then come out of standby the problem seems to be magically fixed! In fact, the problem just happened right after I finished typing the last sentence. I checked event manager, nothing changed. I had to go into standby and come out of it...

So please, is there anyone on here that can help me out? I have reformatted the computer since this started happening and nothing has changed, so I do not know what could possibly be causing this!

Hello,

I'm a computing science engineer, and there is something that is driving me nuts in one of my PCs.
This one runs Windows 7 ultimate 32, but the issue was the same with Vista (this is why I have upgraded this machine to 7)
This is a desktop PC with ASUS mother board.
I spend a lot of time googling this question, but I could not find any answer that could solve the issue.
The mouse of this PC get stuck in a random fashion..
I have test with 5 different mouse brand, wireless, not wireless ... no way to get rid of the issue ...
I put the mouse into another USB PCI card : same behavior
Checked device manager, all Ok
Checked IRQ, all OK
Windows logs : all fine, even not a warning.

The mouse uses the generic microsoft driver

ie :
mouclass.sys 06/21/2006
mouhid.sys 06/21/2006
version is 6.1.7600.16385

Any idea to get rid of it ? This is very annoying.

Thanks

Hello mpmckee,

First run Antivirus, Malware, and Spyware scans. Remove anything the programs find.

Note: if you need some suggestions on which tools to use, let me know.

Afterwards, test functionally of mouse and keyboard.

If no change, run System Restore, choose a Restore point before the issue started.

Again test behavior of mouse and keyboard.

If the issue has been resolved, go ahead and reinstall windows Updates.

I purchased an Asus ET2410IUTS-5 All-In-One PC. It came with a wireless full keyboard and mouse combo. The keyboard works fine but the mouse does nothing. All properties say both devices are installed and working properly but the mouse still does nothing. Model number on each device is as follows:
Keyboard - AK1L
Mouse - AM1L
Receiver - AR1L

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I got a wireless mouse Penguin Ambidextrous Vertical Mouse | Posturite. It is supposed to use generic windows 2.4 Ghz adapter. However, windows 7 is unable to find any drivers. The screenshot of device manager is appended. I tried various other ways e.g. take out other USB devices, reboot etc. I tried sfc /scannow . But the error persists. There is no usb.inf file in the C:\Windows . It works in Windows 8 machine but not in windows 7. other 2.4 Ghz mice work. The manufacturer says that they don't provide the drivers because the mouse uses generic drivers
Please advise what can be done.

A:2.4 Ghz wireless keyboard mouse driver not found (Penguin mouse)

Did you do a Search of the Windows Folder including subFolders and hidden Files? My Win7Ult has several such files but only 2 that are usb.inf only in subFolders of Windows, others have longer names but most appear to be associated with my AMD CPU/Gigabyte Motherboard setup.

I select the "Key Commands"-> "Key Combination" field but I can not find a way to enter a

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I already have the issue that when I put my E to sleep and wake it up again that the keyboard and touchpad do not work So I have disable the sleep options in the BIOS Now I run into different issues Yesterday I booted the laptop and it hang on the DELL logo After a while it stated that - External to - resons E5570 do display/keyboard/mouse work display, Black Latitude no keyboard/touchpad my EFI file would not be correct Force reboot and it booted straight to Windows What s more annoying is the fact Latitude E5570 - Black display, no resons to keyboard/touchpad - External display/keyboard/mouse do work that the laptop boot the DELL logo is shown and then the screens go s black as if it s not connected SO it looks like it hangs BUT an external monitor through HDMI does work and show the windows logon The keyboard and touchpad also do not work External mouse and keyboard do work So pretty much I got a brick when I do not have external display keyboard and mouse available When I reboot the laptop it works fine again Am I the only one with this Loads of issues with the laptop and wondering if I just have a faulty laptop Clean Windows Pro install is done times Used the nbsp DELL Command Update to install all drivers and patches Issues keep existing

A:Latitude E5570 - Black display, no resons to keyboard/touchpad - External display/keyboard/mouse do work

I have been spending a lot of hours in troubleshooting this week.
Diagnostics are 100% ok.
Reinstalled Windows 10 about 15 times.Installing drivers by hands, installing drives trhough the dell update management application. The issues keeps existing.
To sum the them up:- Cold boot (laptop is off) to Windows. Keyboard/Touchpad do not work. (Reboot and they work again)- Resume from sleep. Keyboard/Touchpad do not work. (Reboot and the work again)
After I got the laptop I installed 32Gb of RAM and an 512Gb Samsung 950Pro PCIE M.2 NVME drive. The drive should be support as Dell states on the product page and in the manual that PCIE with NVME is supported.
"Advanced features, like industry-leading M.2 SATA and M.2 PCIe/NVME solid state drives, provide data transfer speeds up to 4x faster over traditional hard drivers. "
In order to get the drive visible and running on PCIe I had to disable the sata controller in the BIOS.This way the drive is detected in Windows as an PCIe NVME capable drive.
Just to verify if the issues I went back to default with the delivered 256Gb M.2 sata drive and 8Gb RAM.To install Windows I had to turn the Sata controller back on.
Installed the drivers manually updated WIndows and tested. The issues do NOT occur.
Retested by installing the drivers using the Dell Update Application. The issues do NOT occur.
So I figured out that the SATA controller somehow is the guilty part for all the issues.I mean when enabled to ACHI or RAID the sleep and non working keyboard/touchpad issues do not occur.
When disable the issues DO occur.

So DELL can you please tell me how I can fix this as you state PCIe NVME drives are supported??

Other hijacking posts seem to be just one issue Mine is a bit more or maybe I am at the end of my rope and it all seems so massive My norton AV expired and wife did the quot remind me later quot option on alert I dont know how long it went without AV protection but it couldnt have been more than a couple days I know it only takes minute My kids were playing a game when they announced that the internet had closed browser crash and computer wasnt working I look over to discover the Security Tools Suite fake AV software scanning and declaring my computer full of trojans spyware and porn bots etc I know of these fakes so I immediately randomly hijacked Browser just force shut the computer down with power button I booted it in safe mode got on the phone to norton and Browser randomly hijacked got a tech to remote handle getting malware bytes and eradicating the intruder as well as installing Norton AV renewal update and getting all that current A full system scan with Norton showed all clean I double checked it with Spybot Browser randomly hijacked S amp D for an all clear too I uninstalled malware bytes as I wasnt familiar with it and the norton Spybot combo had been fine before this incident in keeping me free of any issues for a few years Computer was working great for a week I work from home and I am on it - hours a day at least Now Firefox latest version keeps getting hijacked when I do google searches It typically goes to a site called gimmie answers com when I click on google search results Norton full scan shows system clean Spybot s amp d will intermittently remove tracking cookies and Malwate bytes reinstalled it will show clean I uninstalled malware bytes again installed ad-aware lavasoft and it found something and cleaned it not a full day went by and its back again Intermittently it will go to a site called smart search and another that starts with an h and has some rainbow color schemes I backed out too fast to see the name It alternates between spybot and adaware as to which one will find something on a scan and rectify the problem for a day In all of this I called Norton back and the tech walked me through getting norton power eraser it will intermittently find something low risk but usually shows clean on each scan Norton then said I could pay them AGAIN to remove the virus since this was a difficult one when I paid them a week prior to clean my system and bought software from them that is supposed to prevent the infection in the first place I should also note several days after my initial infection my hotmail acct started sending spam to my contacts I am VERY aware of phishing and never enter my login etc if I am not sure its the legit site so I suspect this browser hijack also grabbed my login After several days of google searching to get urls then manually enter them because I am scared to click a link I got google chrome because I read that it is immune to many of these hijacking attacks So far a day in it has been immune while firefox is currently infected I would be ok with uninstalling FF and forgetting about it but that means theres still probably a virus on my PC and I dont want that because who knows what its doing I am starting to grow concerned that the original security infection was never fully cleared and theres probably some serious something happening on my computer I just dont see it yet I am tired of downloading ineffective software and having software I paid for trying to charge me to remove what should have been prevented in the first place Im open to any suggestions because this has been very stressful and I just want my computer to be normal again I am running Windows XP pro w service pack on a Dell Dimension

I just ran my Microsoft Windows Update a couple of days ago which included Microsoft - Keyboard - Microsoft USB Dual Receiver Wireless Keyboard (Mouse and Keyboard Center). I think this is the culprit causing my problems. Now both my mousepad on my laptop and my mouse are active at the same time and I am unable to uninstall or turn off the mousepad. I've tried uninstall two different ways and neither worked after restarting and shutting down as per instructions. It is driving me crazy because it is extremely hard to type as the cursor will jump on the page and insert my typed letters into the wrong place. I have to get it uninstalled! Typing this is a nightmare and I am not dragging my thumbs on the pad or touching it in anyway. Any suggestions?

Just recently my mouse keeps randomly going off and I have tried it in the 4 front usb 2 ports in my computer and it works but still randomly goes off for a millisecond and in the back usb ports it doesnt work at all when its working it sometimes affects my headset when the mouse goes off and the sound will be really weird and eventually revert back to normal.

I noticed when I went on control panel -> devices and printers my pc had an error symbol on it so I tried to troubleshoot it by using the option when right clicking and it says needs to install 'usb controller driver' and I let it try and find it but it said it failed because it couldn't find it and I can't find it anywhere if anyone can link me to it I would be so happy to get my mouse sorted out.

Alright so I've had this standard -button logitech mouse for about a few years now M-BT A and the left click finally decided to die on it So I decided to take the mouse from my spare PC same exact hardware as my main PC and use it It's a logitech mouse as well M-UR Now here's when the problem comes in Originally I Locking Mouse Up Randomly had my original mouse on a USB to PS converter It's always how I've Mouse Locking Up Randomly done it to have most of my USB ports open even back several years ago I tried putting the mouse from the spare computer on said PS converter but it doesn't even power on at all when the computer turns on So I had Mouse Locking Up Randomly to resort to putting it Mouse Locking Up Randomly into a USB port So I do so I start going through my normal business checking email playing a game of starcraft and that's about it And then I notice it's locking up During StarCraft when I moved my mouse it locked in place for one or two seconds and then finally resumed back to where I was moving it to I noticed this immediately and when I got the game finished I started looking it up on google Lo and behold it does the freezing thing again And it isn't a pre-determined time it does it either Understand it's happening at random instances Some forums have said that certain services or event logs can tell you what's going on and what would cause it However nothing is ever starting or stopping or no activity is occuring when the brief halt occurs I started troubleshooting removing it from device manager reinstalling it normally through 'scan for hardware changes' Still no go Now I'm stuck with a mouse that locks up randomly and such and I can't do a thing about it It's a nuisance and why I can't fix it I don't even know This is what I've tried -Put the mouse back on my spare PC same hardware as I mentioned before and logged into Windows Windows ultimate bit No hitching Nothing Standard movement everything is good -Tried other mice I could find older USB ones that I don't like too much are not comfortable ones that my dad uses and they don't even hitch At all Everything works like a charm for them Even plugged into the PS converter they work beautifully -Replugged my old mouse and tried using it left click is pretty much a dud I have to slam on it to click and it worked without hitching -Tested other USB ports Same results So now I'm at a loss because I don't understand how I can fix this or get around this I could buy another mouse but I don't really have the money to do that at the moment I just want to solve this issue What should I do Thank you

Any advise or feedback to prevent this or explain this

A:PS2 to USB mouse freezes randomly

1. You may be using a faulty USB port so look in Device Manager to check for any problems there.

2. You may have a faulty USB to PS2 adapter.

3. You may have a faulty mouse or the trackball is sticking and wants cleaning.

4. Have you tried a different mouse or USB port?

5. Have you tried updating your mouse driver?

Hi, my names shae and I use a Sony Vaio VGC-RA710G Pentium (R) 4 CPU
3.20GHZ, 3.19GHZ, 512 MB RAM.
Anyone ever experienced their mouse clicking at random. This happened to me awhile back and it turned out to be a bunch of spyware. I had it removed and my CPU has been running fine until yesterday when I updated my sbc yahoo browser. Once I did that it came back. I have spysweeper, and I've downloaded spybot and spyblaster (free) ones. I'm also a novice so If I sound uninformed its because I am. Thanks

Very randomly the mouse and some times the keyboard freezes and won't come back. I haven't been able to track down the problem.

I checked device manager and nothing is yellow or red. i tried updating the usb, keyboad, and mouse drivers but none are available. All are plugged into a dlink usb hub.

I tried 2 mice and keyboard combinatios:
1- hp mouse and keyboard wired
2- useb mouse/keyboard wireless

To me honest I'm too afraid to just delete usb and or mouse from device drivers. What if IT doesn't come back?

Any other ideas?

Hi there,

After upgrading from Win 8.1 to Win 10, my mouse has been acting very weird. The mouse just keeps moving on its own randomly. So far I don't suspect anything malicious and would like to know how to fix this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Angel

When I'm working on my computer, my mouse randomly jumps to the bottom tray or to the top left corner. Does this mean someone else is on my computer. I have McAfee Virus scan and it doesn't find anything. I do have a HiJack this log, but I don't know where I am supposed to post the log.

A:Mouse randomly moves

Hi Julie.

This is very likely not malware. It is most probably a dirty or malfunctioning mouse. Try cleaning your mouse, or using a replacement, and see if that helps the issue.

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but my mouse pad will sometime randomly stop working, then start working again. My laptop does this totally randomly for random amounts of time, and I never know when it will happen: during quizzes, work, the first 15 seconds of a YouTube video so I have to sit through the ad. Its driving me nuts! I though that maybe I was turning off my mouse pad on accident, but I never have my settings open and it does it on different programs too. Its been doing this since I bought it, and its about a year old and I'm so done with it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Recently my PS/2 mouse and keyboard have been randomly freezing, then throwing a seizure for about 10 seconds.
This has become really annoying now since it happens every few minutes.
This never happens if I'm using a USB mouse, so I"m guessing there has to be some kind of conflict with the two devices.
Though the weird thing is that I've used these two together without a problem for about a year now.

A:Mouse randomly has a seizure

Other then getting your hands on another PS/2 mouse I would try uninstalling the device in the device manager and reboot. If it still doesn't work after that try a different mouse. If that doesn't work there's a probably an issue with your PS/2 port.

Ok, my laptop is only about a few months old, a DELL INSPIRON 6400, real nice piece of work, especially for a dell. As of now, it has plenty of free hard disk space (100 GB)and 2 GB of ram. It was working fine for the first few months, but the past week or so it has become randomly sluggish with regards to typing. Whether on Internet browses or even on notepad, it goes a few seconds of normal speed and then slows down tremendously and goes back again. Mouse works fine when the typing slows down. I tried DeFraging, and running Spybot. Norton Anti-Virus is on. the computer is running 60 processes, 17,000 handles and 685 + or - threads. but for a Pc of 1.8 Ghz processing and 2 GB or RAM, that shouldnt be a problem at all.

suggestions welcome.

A:randomly sluggish keyboard

Have you updated software or upgraded hardware prior to this sluggish typing? If you haven't then call up dell they'll either send a certified tech to your home or business. He or she might suggest that your keyboard be replaced or MOBO or both.

PC might be 1.8GHz but if that's Intel CPU it might be using speedstep technology. That slows down the CPU to 800 to 900MHz to save on the battery. When you plugin to AC outlet then you go back to 1.8GHz. On AMD laptop you can use their software to bypass this and then use the CPU to the max sometimes over the rated speed. Trade off the laptops gets hotter.

While Im on the internet, sometimes my mouses moves to the top menu and clicks on the File menu; I always stop it before if it goes any further! alarming !! (I thought I was imagining it at first!)

any ideas what it is? a virus? I have a Belkin laser mouse with windows XP (528Ram and 23GigROM).
whilst we are trying to solve this problem should i not use my banking facilities?

thank you very much for any help .....! tash

A:Hijacked Mouse?

Last month, my Logitech wireless laser mouse started acting buggy, floating around at random times and not responsive. I felt like you, that a keylogger had somehow hijacked my computer right before my eyes and believe me, I immediately commenced to run a barrage of AV scans, rootkit and a bunch of stuff. I've already got three programs that block keylogging. Anyway, that lasted all day but nothing was detected.

That mouse floating crap was driving me nuts, and no, I didn't type NO passwords.

The next day, a thought that maybe it was the mouse. I noticed that a tiny, faint red light on top of the mouse glowed dimmly, fading in and out. I had never really paid it much mind. So, I looked in the book and it said this indicated a low battery.

Well I'll be damned. I bought the mouse six months ago and this is the first time the battery needed changing. I change the AA battery and WHOA LA!! No more floating mouse (mine also tended toward the 'files' tab, but, it never actually "clicked" on anything).

Are you sure about the clicking part? I've never heard of this. And hey, next time it clickes on Files, let it go on to see what it clicks on next! Let me know (ha)!

Anyways, try changing the battery. CilyPudi must go to bed now. Good luck.

Hi All

gvyrfe
Think I posted in the wrong place before. Above is an example of my problem!

I have a massive problem with either virus or malware and I can't get rid of it even though I have tried every malware/spyware program possible as well as AVG.  What happens is it inserts letters such as GRVY all over the place in any application I am using.  Even in my browsers.  I find it attaches itself to programs and I can end the processes which is fine for a while but it always comes back.  Some of the programs it has attached itself to are Groove.exe and just then superantispyware.exe and I can't remember the others!!  Can someone please help.  I have searched and searched for an answer but so far to no avail!

Thanks

A:Hijacked keyboard - PLEASE HELP ME!

Hi Andre Nilsen and welcome to the BC malware forum. I do not see any problems in this log. It is clean.

The issues described above culd be caused by a couple of different circumstances. Either a hardware problems where the keyboard is defective or a software problem with the keyboard drivers.

You can test the keyboard itself by trying a differnet keybord and seeing if the same issue occurs with that. If so, then the next step sould be to remove the keyboard driver and either install in fresh or install it with an updated version.

I would suggest posting in the hardware forum and see what those people have to say about it. They can guide you through the steps of testing both the keyboarad and the driver.

Cheers.

A:hijacked keyboard, here is my log

Hello johnmcntsh and welcome to the BC malware forum. After reviewing your log I see a few items that require our attention. Please print these directions and then proceed with the following steps in order.Step #1Download CCleaner and install it but do not run it yet.ImportantYour copy of HijackThis needs to be in a folder of it's own. If it is run from Temporary folders the backups and HijackThis itself could be accidentally deleted if the Temporary folders are cleaned. If it is run from the desktop then the backup files and folders can clutter up the desktop and be accidentally deleted. If it is run from inside a compressed file then the backups are not created at all. Please open My ComputerDouble-click on Local Disk (C:)Click on the File menu, point to New and then click on Folder. Name the folder 'HijackThis' or 'HJT'.Unzip to or copy and paste HijackThis.exe to the new folder (do not run HijackThis directly out of the sfx or compressed file).Step #2Start in Safe Mode Using the F8 method:Restart the computer. As soon as the BIOS is loaded begin tapping the F8 key until the boot menu appears.Use the arrow keys to select the Safe Mode menu item.Press the Enter key.Step #3Start HijackThis and click the Scan button to perform a scan. Look for the following items and click in the checkbox in front of each item to select it:O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Uate] C:\Program Files\uthm\area.exeO4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Lxstxkv] \avdopzoi.exeNow close ALL open windows except HijackThis and click the Fix Checked button to finish the repair.Step #4We need to make sure all hidden files are showing so please:Click Start.Open My Computer.Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.Select the View tab.Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.Uncheck the Hide file extensions for known types option.Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.Click Yes to confirm.Click OK.Find the following files/folders and delete them (don't worry if they are already gone):C:\Program Files\uthm\ <--folderC:\avdopzoi.exeStep #5Start CCleaner and click on the Run Cleaner button in the lower right-hand corner. When it is finished close CCleaner.Step #6Reboot normally and run at least 2 of the following on-line virus scans:Bitdefender <<<Add a check by 'Autoclean'.RAV <<<Add a check by 'Autoclean', leave everything else as is.eTrust <<<'Cure' whatever is found, then delete if unsuccessfulHousecall <<<Put on 'Autoclean' and delete what it can't clean.Panda ActiveScan <<<Accept default settingsIf there are any files that cannot be automatically disinfected or quarantined then you will need to delete them manually.Step #7AdAware SE v1.06Download, install, update, configure and run a scan with Ad-aware SE v1.06:Download and Install AdAware SE Personal, keeping the default options. However, some of the settings will need to be changed before your first scan.Close ALL windows except Ad-Aware SE.Click on the?world? icon at the top right of the Ad-Aware SE window and let AdAware SE update the reference list for the adware and malware.Once the update is finished click on the ?Gear? icon (second from the left at the top of the window) to access the preferences/settings window:In the ?General? window make sure the following are selected in green:Under Safety:Automatically save log-fileAutomatically quarantine objects prior to removalSafe Mode (always request confirmation)Under Definitions:Prompt to update outdated definitions - set the number of daysClick on the ?Scanning? button on the left and select in green:Under Driver, Folders & Files:Scan Within ArchivesUnder Select drives & folders to scan:choose all hard drivesUnder Memory & Registry: all greenScan Active ProcessesScan RegistryDeep Scan RegistryScan my IE favorites for banned URL?sScan my Hosts fileClick on the ?Advanced? button on the le... Hi All

Some of the programs it has attached itself to are Groove.exe and  I can't remember the others!!  Can someone please help.  I have searched and searched for an answer but so far to no avail!

Thanks

My mouse was working fine up until last randomly. by clicking Mouse itself, moving night when my computer started behaving strangely Mouse moving by itself, clicking randomly. I Mouse moving by itself, clicking randomly. would move my mouse across my desk and it would work fine before the cursor simply stopped moving I was still moving my mouse but the cursor wasn t moving at all It does this in every direction and it happens at random times I thought it might just be a problem with the optical tracking but something else is happening today too Whenever the cursor stops moving the mouse sometimes jumps to another part of the screen this also occurs randomly Even if I m moving the mouse right it could jump to the lower left hand corner of the screen It also clicks itself randomly both left and right clicks This means it s not just a problem with the optical tracking I m a big FPS player so this isn t exactly what I need especially when my gun fires randomly and the mouse stops tracking in a firefight Does anyone have some ideas as to what could be wrong nbsp

t,
Welcome to SevenForums.

One of the possible sources of your problem are some very well known anti-virus products. What anti-virus are you using?

Another possible source is the software which you have installed.

Another possible source is malware.

Download, install and run MalwareBytes. Use the link in my sig. this will send you to MalwareBytes.org. For the actual download, they will send you to another location. This is because MalwareBytes is extremely effective and the malware writers try to defeat malware bytes.

After you have download malwarebytes, you will have a file called mbam setup if i recall correctly, no matter what it is called, rename it something ridiculous and then run it. This easy trick will get around most of the malware's attempts to block MalwareBytes.

Imperative is that you run the FULL SCAN. There is no need to buy MalwareBytes or agree to any of their other bright ideas.

That can take several hours, dpending upon how much you've got on your disks.

When MalwareBytes finished, get back to us.

Running MalwareBytes is not an option. We must be able to rule out viruses beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Hey all, i have a very annoying problem where when im trying to play my game (league of legends) my mouse will randomly skip or stutter which causes huge problems as its a point and click game... i know its not the mouse itself cause I've already replaced one mouse that was also doing the problem. Its not batteries either. The current mouse im using is a wireless hp comfort mouse and the old one was a wired basic Logitech mouse

A:Mouse stuttering or skipping randomly

Hi Zulfy,

Try to update the drivers of the mouse from the hp's website.

Try opening SETTINGS (the WINDOWS app, not LENOVOs). Click on DEVICES (Bluetooth, printers, mouse). Click on MOUSE & TOUCHPAD (on the left column). In the TOUCHPAD drop-down, change the DELAY option to NO DELAY (always on).

Hi everyone,
I'm new to these forums and I'm really hoping someone can help me, as this is an incredibly irritating problem.
I have a dell/logitech optical USB mouse that randomly stops working. The problem is not the mouse; it works fine on other computers. Every few seconds while using this mouse, the computer makes the sounds as if the cord has been unplugged and plugged back in, when it actually hasn't moved.
Sometimes, a dialogue box pops up that says the USB device is not recognized, but it goes away when the mouse begins to work for another few seconds.
Any ideas? Please help. This is driving me crazy.

A:USB mouse randomly doesn't work

I would try different USB ports. Also, if you have other USB devices, you can try those in the ports. You could also try a USB to PS/2 converter.

Hey,
I've got a Microsoft Sidewinder mouse (wired) which I've had for about 2 or so years. Recently, it has started randomly disconnecting and reconnecting. Some of the time, it doesn't automatically reconnect, so I have to unplug the USB connector and replug it back in.

I've tried setting my device settings to not automatically sleep to save power and I've also tried buying a new USB card for my PC, both of which did not work.

What's unusual is that the mouse seems to work on my netbook which, with the other solutions I've tried, leads me to believe it is something to do with settings on my PC rather than hardware.

Does anyone have any insight into why is this happening and how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

A:Mouse Keeps Randomly Disconnecting/Reconnecting

Its probably the fault of the mouse. Once it disconnects, try pushing the wire into either end of the mouse and see if it reconnects.

My mouse randomly freezes, along with my system. The only way I can get it to work again is to reboot the computer.
This has only been happening today, and it has happened twice. Please advise?

A:Mouse and system randomly freezes

Check your system for any malware, spyware and the likes...then make sure you have your system is up to date with all MS updates and then the same for all your drivers.

I have a Lenovo x130 with 3 USB ports on it. My USB mouse will work but inconsistently. I swapped with another and had the same issue after some time. Touchpad works fine. Also, all 3 ports will recognize my flash drive. Anyways I went into device manager and devices and printers and found no conflicts. Went ahead and checked for driver updates. Check bios to confirm USB ports were on. I would venture to say this May be a chipset/USB driver issue? Does anyone have any suggestions?

A:USB mouse randomly stops working

I had a similar problem....I use Firefox, and found that one of the add ons wasn't playing nice with the others....i disabled all of them and reintroduced them one at a time. The 'Logitech smooth scrolling" was the culprit in my case.
If this had not worked, I would have reset the browser.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737

https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/3296214?hl=en

This will at least eliminate the possibility.
Watch your 'hard drive light'....is there hard drive activity occurring when the mouse stops moving?   this would indicate some service/process working somewhere that is taking the focus away from your mouse.

Hope this helps.
