I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.

I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

You can download it direct from this link http://downloadreimage.com/directdownload.php. (This link will automatically start a download of Reimage that you can save to your computer.)

I fixed most of my Wi-Fi issues today by updating bios. I hadn't before because it said that the current version and the one I was trying to update to were the same. Today, I thought, "What the heck? It won't hurt anything." After the subsequent reboot, Wi-Fi works awesomely.

Maybe it could work for you too?

Hello, I am using a windows 8.1 pc. The WiFi connection on my pc is just too slow, the problem had started around a month ago and still persists. My wife connection and router is just fine and works perfectly on other devices. The connection status shows  connected but when I open my browser it takes more than a minute to open Google !!!!! Please help me as soon as possible as I not able to use Internet on my pc. Thanks.?

A:Windows 8.1 slow WiFi connection

Hi, When is the last time the computer works fine? When is the last time youve run an antivirus scan? When is the last time youve updated the Bios version of your computer? Here are steps you could try to fix your wifi issues: Perform hard reset: Hard reset a notebook with removable battery Turn off the computer.Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.Disconnect all external connected peripheral devices, such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.Unplug the AC adapter from the computer.Remove the battery from the battery compartment.Press and hold the Power button for about 15 seconds to drain residual electrical charge from the capacitors that protect the memory.Insert the battery and plug the AC adapter back into the notebook, but do not connect any of the peripheral devices.Press the Power button to turn on the computer. On the Options screen, select Continue and continue to Windows 10.If a startup menu opens, use the arrow keys to select Start Windows Normally, then press the Enter key.Reconnect each of the peripheral devices. After you have completed these steps, run Windows Update and HP Support Assistant to update all device drivers.Hard reset a notebook with a sealed or non-removable battery Turn off the computer.Remove the computer from any port replicator or docking station.Disconnect all external connected peripheral devices such as USB storage devices, external displays, and printers.Unplug the AC adapter from the computer. If your notebook is listed in the table, use the instructions specific to your computer. For all other notebooks, press and hold the Power button for 8-10 seconds. note:The designated button combination varies by model and production date. If your computer is not listed below, refer to the User Guide for your specific model for the proper button combination.Common Model NameTypically Designated Button CombinationHP Envy 17 2D and 3DPress and hold the Power and the Beats buttons for 8-10 seconds.HP Envy 15-3000 seriesPress and hold the Power and the Beats buttons for 8-10 seconds.HP Envy 14 SPECTREPress and hold the Power and the Mute (on the right side of the palm rest) buttons for 8-10 seconds.Plug the AC adapter back into the computer, but do not connect any of the peripheral devices.Press the Power button to turn on the computer. If a startup menu opens, use the arrow keys to select Start Windows Normally, then press the Enter key.Run an antivirus scan I would highly suggest to download and run malwarebytes then remove the threats if theres a virus on it. Make sure to uninstall it after the removal. Download the latest BIOS http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07110 Kindly give us an update.. Hope the above fixes will work..Cheers!

Hi
I can see one piece of malware that needs to come out..

Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/file...Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads Save the text that will open (report.txt) to your desktop.

1) Go to Start > Control Panel >Network Connections. Right click your default connection, usually Local Area Connection or Dial-up Connection if you are using Dial-up, and left click on Properties.
* Make a note of the settings before you change them just in case you need to put them back how they were.
Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the radio button that says Obtain DNS servers automatically. Click OK twice.

2) Go to Start > Run, enter CMD and click OK.
At the Dos Prompt Screen, type in cd\ and then press <ENTER>.
Now type in ipconfig /flushdns and then press <ENTER>. (notice the space after ipconfig)
Close the command prompt window.

When your system reboots, follow the prompts. Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan, and check the following items:

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{5F67A389-8008-4C61-B6CA-11B89E1DDDA1}: NameServer = 193.189.160.11,193.189.160.12
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{BFD65363-DE6D-4502-AAE2-83B23C22A884}: NameServer = 193.189.160.11,193.189.160.12
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\..\{5F67A389-8008-4C61-B6CA-11B89E1DDDA1}: NameServer = 193.189.160.11,193.189.160.12

Should you have problems connecting to the internet after the fix, follow these instrutions.

Please go to Start -> Control Panel Network Connections. Rightclick on your default connection (usually Local Area Connection or Dial-up Connection if you are using Dial-up) and leftclick on Properties. Doubleclick on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the button that says "Obtain DNS servers automatically". Click OK twice, and restart your computer.

In your next reply, please include a fresh Hijackthis log and report.txt. Thanks

I'm getting annoyed with my sister because she uses too much bandwidth on her laptop than I can get, he uses facebook, twitter, youtube, and uTorrent at the same time and I'm only using YouTube, visiting forums and playing games. How do I slow down the wifi speed so I can make her internet usage more pain in the ass?

A:How to slow down WiFi connection?

depending on your router, it should have some kind of throttleling control in the admin interface, your just going to have to look for it.

Did not need the IPConfig info. Why are you also downloading updates from some unknown third party website? You most likely have downloading sketchy updates, that is causing your problems.

If you want to update software. Let the software update from the software manufacturer site that created the software. Using third party sites can allow you to infect your computer.

Hey guys Upon installing the W build RC -bit I've noticed a gross decrease in wifi speeds and stability While running XP I averaged at about - mb s wirelessly which was very stable Ridiculously wifi slow connection disconnect every - hours maybe Now I'm receiving lt mb s and disconnecting frequently which is a real hassle In reality even the speed I had on XP was slow considering that my fathers macbook pro reaches speeds of - mb s wireless from the same place as my stationary stands I'm well aware of the fact Ridiculously slow wifi connection that I have a mb s cap on my network card but I still think that my network connection should be stronger Reality aside I was doing fine with - mb s despite knowing that somehow I could be getting a faster connection and now it's really unbearable to have lt mb s I've followed tonnes of solution guides on Ridiculously slow wifi connection how to set-up wifi on W without any success I've tried countless drivers let the W wizard find appropriate drivers for me turned on and off Ipv changed homegroup settings messed with the registry and more - Now I don't know what to do next One interesting thing although perhaps trivial I noticed while downloading via uTorrent last night was that in the Resource Monitor it said that the network utilization was only at despite me downloading at kb s which should be more then from uTorrent alone according to the speed test conducting right before Could this have anything to do with it As a final note I'm using a Ridiculously slow wifi connection genuine RC client with a genuine key freshly installed Any help would be greatly appreciated

There are plenty of driver problems with WIFI on Win7 (audio appears to be a common problem, as well) so I would recommend ensuring you have a solid driver installed.

Fill out your system specs via your profile and we can better help you.

I would also recommend using the 7201 build, it's the last 'real' RC client that was released before RTM was and unless RTM (b7600+) is an option for you, 7201 might be a better solution.

Running a Windows 7 machine - has always connected and worked just fine.

Today all of a sudden my connection has become brutal to nothing.

My wifi tells me I am connected at 58 Mbps.

I have another laptop connected to the wifi in the same room, same 58 Mbps, and it is hitting web sites immediately. The W7 computer is hitting them, and literally taking minutes for pages to come up.

I have run malarebytes, no malware. I have disabled Norton.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

I would start by resetting the router, be sure and check the security etc. is still working after the reset, if not create a new SSID, password etc.

After that try creating a new wireless profile for the connection.

Hello All,

After spending a lot of time isolating the specific update that was giving me the extremely slow reboot time, (from 5 seconds to 150 seconds after update) I was able to determine that Windows optional update -Qualcomm Atheroos Communication - Bluetooth Controller - Qualcomm Atheros AR3012 Bluetooth 4.0 + HS was the cause of the lag.

I was wondering if anyone else had experienced the same problem and might have a solution to the lag. from 5 seconds to nearly 3 minutes is a substantial lag in restarting the computer.

I'm hoping that someone might have a solution to this problem.

The computer is a MSI GS70 229US.

thanks for the help!

A:Extreme slow rebooting speed after windows update

Hi,

Always best to download drivers from manufacturers instead.

For Atheros, this is good to use though: ATHEROS Bluetooth drivers for Windows

As far as reboot time, it is special after Windows Update. It is expected to take longer usually. There is only a problem when you reboot like 3 or 4 times and the issue remains.

But ya, just update from the link. If you already have the latest they have there, check back in a few days.

Hi all, yesterday I purchased a HP p6-2417a and have experienced some very odd problems concerning the wifi connection.
Occasionally the speeds will slow right down to a snails pace, or entirely disconnect making downloading or streaming anything near impossible. However, the odd thing is, if I leave the PC idle and locked until the display turns off, the speed goes up to a normal, consistent and stable 2MB/s, whereas if I'm using the PC it wont even go over 100kB/s, that is if I can establish the download in the first place.
So far I have tried updating my wifi adapter drivers and changing several network settings, none of which have worked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Hiya For a while I ve been experiencing that my download and upload speeds seem to vary wildly while on my computer however they always seem to be MUCH lower than on my laptop When using speedtest net Wifi slow on but not desktop on laptop connection my laptop tends to average around mbps downloading and mbps uploading Occasionally my desktop will peak and be slightly better best I ve seen today is mbps and mbps uploading but the grand majority of the time it seems to hover at around mbps download and or mbps upload I don t understand why this is Wifi connection slow on desktop but not on laptop Things I have tried Updating to Windows on desktop not that I am on my laptop Updating the drivers for my TRENDnet Mbps Dual Band Wireless N USB Adapter wireless adapter tried no need as they re up to date Turning off power saving mode I don t know why this was enabled on a desktop but it was Turning off the windows option to quot disconnect this device to save power quot Cleaning in the inside of my desktop tower Changing my IPv DNS server values And I have also tried running a full virus scan malware scan and uninstalling every program I installed in the last month And I know it is almost certainly not interference due to the fact that my laptop sits directly above my PC tower both a whole floor away from the router and the laptop does okay For the sake of checking I have tried moving the laptop to a different room but that is not the cause of the problem In addition to the speedtest net results given earlier when going to network and sharing centre and clicking on my connection the speed is listed as mbps but often jumps all the way to exactly mbps with no figures in between Very occasionally I see mbps but that will be not very often at all I live in a rural part of England in the UK and my ISP is Plusnet if this is relevant My security type is WPA -Personal I am also a video game streamer both for watching and making my own content I mention this not as a promotional thing but it means my usage for the internet is quite high I am not especially tech-savvy so I mention that in case it matters Sorry if I have missed any relevant information and sorry to come to you with this problem I have tried sorting it on my own and even tried waiting for over a week to see if the problem would stop on its own but it s not I d be ever so grateful to anyone who can help It is worth noting that my signal strength on my computer varies but it tends to hover between and bars out of Is the issue purely on that And if so what would you recommend nbsp

Please attach a screen shot of the Networks page (don't collapse the Radar, Connection or Signal History) of the Xirrus Wi-Fi Inspector. If you need help with a screen shot see TSG Posting a Screenshot. FWIW to take screen shots with Windows Vista or latter I prefer to use the built-in Snipping Tool.

Okay, I have a PC in my bedroom which is at the end of my house, and the actual internet source (Thomson/BigPond) is at the other end. Between the internet source and the computer, there are several televisions, lights, speakers, etc that may be causing interference. It could also the the channels in which my items are in.
My PC doesn't have an actual wireless connection thing built in, and that's why I have this netgear router thing.
My PC is a HP pavilion.

The connection at which it receives is awfully frustrating. It's agonizingly slow, taking several minutes to load a page - that's if it actually decides to load up.

There is another netgear router a few rooms closer than my PC is that recieves internet properly.

Is there anything I could do to fix my connection speed/connection in general? Or just improve it at all?
Any help is appreciated!

I have a Dell 1390 Wlan in an Inspiron 1501 running Windows XP. A few weeks ago we upgraded our Internet DSL from 500 kbps to 3mbps. I'm achiving 3m with a hard connection, but still only 500k via WiFi. To see if it was the wlan card, I installed the software and used my husband's Netgear USB wireless adapter on my Inspiron. With it I get a 3m connection. Shouldn't the Dell 1390 be able to handle a 3m connection? Is there a setting somewhere I need to change?

A:Slow WiFi connection w/Dell 1390 WLAN

There should be no reason that your machine can't sustain a 3mbit connection.

Top suspect would be the wireless drivers, update them from the Dell support pages.

Hi,

I am trying to install Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with SP 1 original unmodified MS Technet ISO to a blank Crucial RealSSD C300 SSD drive and it is taking hours to do that. The last time I did the install it took almost 4 hours to copy the files, I tried it from a DVD drive and from an external USB-HDD and there was no speed difference. After the installation was done, the SSD was very fast though, no problems at all then.

Now I have to install again and I do not want to wait again a half day just for the files to copy, so I hope anyone can point me towards a solution for this problem.

My Mainboard is a ASROCK 870 Extreme 3 , I use AHCI , AMD AHCI Bios is disabled and AHCI is enabled for SATA3_5 and 6 .

Thanks for any help.

A:Super slow Windows install on Asrock 870 Extreme 3 with RealSSD C300

Are you booting the installer and not running it from another OS?

If so then I'd download another ISO, try writing to flash stick using Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool.
Boot under USB, Removable or HD's. Flash stick install is known to be faster.

You could have a bad DVD burn - if necessary to use DVD, burn with ImgBurn at 4x speed.

Unplug all other HD's and peripherals and try SSD in first SATA port in AHCI mode.

What the hell is going on?

I have an Lenovo P500. Running 8.1. Intel N2230 wifi card

It does have a connection, every now and then it may drop but not really.

On the icon in the bottom right corner if I just hover the mouse over the wifi icon it is normal, name of connection and internet access. If I click the icon the purple box pops up on the right and it says The connection is limited.

I have tried rollback, installing an updated driver from Lenovo support, Disable bluetooth and a couple other.

Wifi works on every computer. Just this 8.1 it does not.

Whenever I restart the computer it forgets the password, I have to re enter the password every time even though I have connect automatically checked.

I installed Windows 7 today, all installed good but then came the wireless (knew it would be a problem).

I connect my usb belkin adapter and then install the virgin wireless connection software and after install belkin wireless connection software so my computer can detect mu adapter.

The belkin software is completely blank (use compatibility on it before) and the virgin software searchs for the wireless adapter but can find it.

Someone help me out please

A:Windows 7 Wifi Connection

Hello and welcome.

Uninstall all that software. Make sure the driver for the adapter is still installed after. If not, use the device manager to install only the driver itself.

Type services.msc in the start menu search box. Hit enter. Look at WLAN Autoconfig and set it to automatic and start it too.

If you are not going to be using a wired connection, set Wired Autoconfig is disabled.

Have you tried going to the Windows Update Center or the HP support site to obtain the latest drivers for your system?

You could also try turning off the power saving feature by going into Device Manager then Network Adaptors, find the wireless NIC and choose properties then open the power management tab and uncheck the one that says "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power".

It may be required that you perform the updates using a wired connection.

A:Windows 7 Wifi Connection Problems!

Remove all the preffered network and disable and enable the wireless and then scan for the available network select your network and connect.
Check the signal strength if its low and keep fluctuating then ask other user's wheather they have same problem, If there is a frequent dissconnection you need to do the firmware update on your wireless router (access point). I also recommend you to update the drivers of your laptop.

You could try clicking the WIFI icon in the tray and running the troubleshooting option as a first attempt.
If this does not work try shutting down the router for a minute or so.
Maybe you already tried these, in which case someone more knowledgeable than me may have other solutions to offer.

I've been having a terrible slow down in recent time. I think the main reason behind that is Windows Explorer. While I am not using it the PC works okay. Then I open it and after 10-15 min all I can do is restart the machine, often only manually. Maybe, there is another reason for that, though.

Any help will be appreciated! Thank you.

A:Extreme Pc Slow Down, Please Help!

Hello Cagey and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. I don't see any signs of infections in the log but there is a bit of housekeeping that we can do and there is also a program that has the potential to download malware.First let's do the housekeeping.Start HijackThis and click the Scan button to perform a scan. Look for the following items and click in the checkbox in front of each item to select it:R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page =R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497}_ - (no file)O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} - http://software-dl.real.com/2867c1e26d6cca...ip/RdxIE601.cabO16 - DPF: {91433D86-9F27-402C-B5E3-DEBDD122C339} - http://www.netvenda.com/sites/gampr-ie/iep/games7.cabNow close ALL open windows except HijackThis and click the Fix Checked button to finish the repair.I would also recommend uninstalling Torrent Manager. It is considered unsafe and capable of downloading malware. See the information here. The choice is yours but I would not keep it installed. The HijackThis forum deals exclusively with virus and malware issues. HijackThis does not have the capability to analyze performance, hardware or application issues. For these types of issues I would suggest posting to the Windows XP Home and Professional forumThe techs in that forum specialize in matters pertaining to the operating system, performance and applications. Let them know that you have been to this forum and that no malware was found. When posting to any other forum, do not post a HijackThis log or the post will simply be moved back to this forum for infection analysis. That is what HijackThis is used for and that is what we specialize in here in this forum. Also, when posting in any other forum for assistance, give as much detail as possible regarding any issues that are occurring. The more information they have, the better the techs can analyze the issue and make any recommendations for resolving it.Cheers.OT

Just got a new laptop with Windows 10 - it seems it can only connect to the wifi router if my old xp laptop is switched off. How do I get them to be able to share? If xp one is connected and I turn new one on - the wifi connection is lost for both of them and the router has to reboot. I would be very grateful if someone could suggest how to change the settings in some way so they could both be connected at the same time. I didn't have this problem with old laptop and tablet being connected together so suspect it is something in the Windows 10 one causing the problem. All suggestions would be most welcome.

Just in case anyone else has the same problem: I spoke to both John Lewis and HP and both said they had never heard of this problem and to take the laptop back for a replacement. Router was working perfectly with everything else - laptops, smart phones etc - only problem was with the HP Envy. So I tried it with different router just in case that would save me a trip back to John Lewis and lo and behold it works perfectly. Seems there is some incompatibility issue between Thomson router and HP Envy.

Dear KVW,

Welcome in lenovo community,
Lenovo did not release all windows 10 drivers for the E545 laptop yet,
So you may go back to the previous windows and wait till lenovo release all the drivers.

Hi

2 days ago there was a windows 10 update and it messed up wifi on my laptop. Sometimes when I grab it I notice theres no wifi connected and when I try to connect it, it just says "Cannot connect to this network". Restarting router solves it for a while but then its back to square one. All other devices connect to this network no problem.

I've run into a really annoying issue with my Toshiba laptop running Windows It uses the Realtek E wireless NIC I recently in January ditched my WRT N router for a Netgear WNDR The WRT N got hit by a surge in December and started losing its settings every few days and needing to be reconfigured from scratch every few days I'd had it for two years and never been satisfied with range or speed Netgear worked fine at first I tested it with my desktop machine which is connected wirelessly and runs Windows and with my laptop which also runs Windows and connects wirelessly A few weeks ago the issues 7 connection WiFi laptop Windows laptop started having weird problems Intermittently every - seconds a little yellow exclamation mark would appear over the bars showing internet strength and the laptop wouldn't Windows 7 laptop WiFi connection issues be able to access anything Then the exclamation mark would go away and I'd be able to use it then seconds later it would be back and I'd lose connectivity again When it's working it's slow it's dropped from getting speeds of about Mbps for file transfer to about Kbps Further consistently since the problem started occurring my wife has run into an issue where if she tries logging into Facebook the laptop will just sit there and read and read and Windows 7 laptop WiFi connection issues read but never get in We can walk away come back minutes later and Windows 7 laptop WiFi connection issues the little icon for IE is still spinning telling us it's still trying to load the page Same thing with logging into Toys R Us ca Oftentimes if we try going to those sites the wireless connection will drop The exclamation point appears and refuses to go away and if we disconnect and reconnect it won't reconnect Only way to connect is to reboot then the problem just starts happening all over again I took a look and logged into my own profile on the laptop and the problem also occurred there So I tried installing Windows SP Same problem I then upgraded the firmware for the router to the latest Same problem So I did a Windows Restore and then tried installing SP all over again Problem persists I tested from my desktop machine which is connected wirelessly to the router Facebook Toys R Us and everything else load perfectly Never disconnects So I unboxed an old laptop we were throwing out that still has a wireless G card on Windows XP and we tried it and it connects perfectly to the router Never disconnects and accesses Facebook and Toys R Us fine Speeds are also fine I tried disabling the wireless NIC on the laptop and connecting the laptop to the router via LAN cable Works fine Then unplugged turned wireless on again and problem came back At that point I thought maybe it was an indicator the wireless NIC on the laptop was faulty going For a last check I brought the laptop with me to the local Starbucks and connected to the Bell Hotspot Works fine Facebook and Toys R Us work perfectly Doesn't disconnect Speeds are fine Bring the laptop home minutes later disconnection problems start up again and can't get onto Facebook or Toys R Us Any ideas as to what could be going on here It's almost like for the first days I had the new router everything worked perfectly After about days all of a sudden that one specific laptop just doesn't want to quot play nice quot Other computers work fine with that router That laptop works fine with other routers It just seems to not like my router all of a sudden Pleb

Hi I recently bought a Dell XPS that runs Windows Right from the start I've had a problem connecting windows [SOLVED] wifi 8.1 'limited' connection to the internet The machine can usually find my home Wif but when it tries to connect it usually says 'Limited' connectivity and I can't access the internet I can however access my home network for instance I can stream music from the computer to a Sonos player To connect to [SOLVED] windows 8.1 'limited' wifi connection the internet I need to flick either the electronic airplane or wifi switch off and on a number of times Once connected it works fine and doesn't loose the connection unless it goes to sleep or I turn it off Also sometimes when I turn on the machine it can't see any networks at all Then I need to restart it before doing the above Googling shows this has been a problem for lots of people running in combination but probably not always with the Intel wifi card on various brands of machine There's a number of fixes suggested which I've tried like those listed here How to fix limited or no connectivity Wi-Fi issues in Windows - fixedByVonnie but none have solved the problem I have installed the most recent driver for the Intel card and am not running the Microsoft driver I've spoken to Dell who have run me through the above fixes as well as this Search gt device manager gt network adaptors gt right click Intel gt properties gt advanced gt Ad hoc channel change from to The next thing they want me to do is wipe everything and restore the computer this seems a drastic step and given how common the problem is I doubt it will work Following this they want me to send them the computer But I can't do as I live in Spain and it's a UK machine they only offer a service in the UK and Ireland Does anyone know of any definitive fix for this problem Any help would be greatly appreciated Cheers

A:[SOLVED] windows 8.1 'limited' wifi connection

Hi:

I've now discovered that the laptop connects without a problem to both wifi and an ethernet connection elsewhere. The problem appears to be my router/internet service.

Apologies for not realising this before posting. I also now see there's a 'network' thread I should have used.

Will close this post, see what my internet provider says (other machines connect without problem to my home wifi), and re-post on network thread if no luck.

Cheers

Can't connect after windows update. Have tried everything to connect to home wifi. Reset EVERYTHING. Uninstalled and reinstalled wifi driver. Used system restore to roll back updates by windows. Followed sugestions on this forum and others. Flushed DNS. Tried to reset TCP/IP stack but failed access denied. I have tried so many suggestions I can't even remember them all. Here is screenshot of ipconfig/all:

Did you install KB3004394 update? Try uninstalling it. It created havoc on 7 systems but have heard of it causing trouble on a few 8 systems as well. Can't hurt to try it.

Approximately two weeks ago I left my laptop on over night while downloading something. The next morning I returned to my laptop and was not and could not connect to any networks. I reinstalled the drivers for my wireless card and tried to connect. Whenever I try and connect to any network it goes through the connection process and only connects with limited connectivity, however, the icon in the bottom rate depicts the unconnected icon. After a few minutes it will fully connect and everything will be fine. This whole process is repeated every time I have to connect to the internet.

I initially thought it was a problem with my wireless card but upon booting into Vista my computer instantly connected to the network with no problems.

I can't find anyone with a similar problem but I'm wondering if there is a known solution. Any thoughts?

Everything is setup OK - the problem is WIFI connectivity. Seems to be random connection, it will work OK for about 2-3 days, after reboots and sleep on and off. Then suddenly the W7 will claim not to be able to connect - it can see the router and connection, but everytime you hit "connect" it just returns with " unable to connect". Tried rebooting, running troubleshooter, removing connection and adding again, rebooting router(!) - but none work. I have Ubuntu installed on laptop as well - which connects everytime, even when W7 is claiming not to be able to, so I summise that the "network end of things" is OK, but W7 has decided to stop connecting. Very frustrating.
This also happened with a previous WIFI module installed, exactly the same problem, so it must be W7 issue. I have 2 Win XP, 1 Vista Ultimate laptop WIFI and 1 linux box all using the same router - no problems, even when my Dell is unable to connect.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm very close to going back to Vista, and giving up on W7. Which is a shame as W7 is very good otherwise.

Hi and welcome to sevenforums

I have a dell inspirion myself and the same problem happens to me. In my case it was a corrupt dell 1390 driver and the router I used (linksys). First thing I had to do was to kill IP-6 support. that gave me alot more stability. replacing the driver also helped. ifuond that the router was losing dns support because the firmware needed to be updated.

Hope this helps

I've had experience this problem for a while now on my newly built windows rig Every few hours my Wifi simply stops working the connection is lost Sometimes it reconnects after a minute or so Most of the time I would need to manually disable enable the wifi adapter in my Network Settings to get it back up again It happened with a relatively expensive adapter that I bought not to long ago - Netgear A USB dual-band wifi adapter I found 2 hours (tested adapters) loses connection wifi on every Wifi diff few a thread about this issue here I've not been able to resolve it with any of the tips provided including downloading a generic rd party Mediatek driver I've used this same adapter without Wifi loses connection every few hours (tested on 2 diff wifi adapters) this problem on my older Win machine I thought maybe this adapter quot went bad quot So I tried to replace this adapter with an older Wifi adapter made by Rosewill using older Rosewill drivers The same issue occurs Again this Rosewill adapter worked perfectly in my Win system So I have a hunch the problem is Windows itself Does it not place nicely with existing or older wifi adapters on the market Would I need to buy a new adapter specifically certified for Windows Anyone have any insights on this would be greatly appreciated

A:Extreme Slow Computer

Hiya and welcome to Tech Support Guy

Are you still having this problem? If so, do the following:
Download TFC by OldTimer to your desktop

Please double-click TFC.exe to run it. (Note: If you are running on Vista, right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator).
It will close all programs when run, so make sure you have saved all your work before you begin.
Click the Start button to begin the process. Depending on how often you clean temp files, execution time should be anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or two. Let it run uninterrupted to completion.
Once it's finished it should reboot your machine. If it does not, please manually reboot the machine yourself to ensure a complete clean.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply.
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts, click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

Download and scan with SUPERAntiSpyware Free for Home Users
Double-click SUPERAntiSpyware.exe and use the default settings for installation.
An icon will be created on your desktop. Double-click that icon to launch the program.
If asked to update the program definitions, click "Yes". If not, update the definitions before scanning by selecting "Check for Updates". (If you encounter any problems while downloading the updates, manually download and unzip them from here.)
Under "Configuration and Preferences", click the Preferences button.
Click the Scanning Control tab.
Under Scanner Options make sure the following are checked (leave all others unchecked):
Close browsers before scanning.
Scan for tracking cookies.
Terminate memory threats before quarantining.

Click the "Close" button to leave the control center screen.
Back on the main screen, under "Scan for Harmful Software" click Scan your computer.
On the left, make sure you check C:\Fixed Drive.
On the right, under "Complete Scan", choose Perform Complete Scan.
Click "Next" to start the scan. Please be patient while it scans your computer.
After the scan is complete, a Scan Summary box will appear with potentially harmful items that were detected. Click "OK".
Make sure everything has a checkmark next to it and click "Next".
A notification will appear that "Quarantine and Removal is Complete". Click "OK" and then click the "Finish" button to return to the main menu.
If asked if you want to reboot, click "Yes".
To retrieve the removal information after reboot, launch SUPERAntispyware again.
Click Preferences, then click the Statistics/Logs tab.
Under Scanner Logs, double-click SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
If there are several logs, click the current dated log and press View log. A text file will open in your default text editor.
Please copy and paste the Scan Log results in your next reply.

I have an HP a6863w that came with Vista but also a W7 upgrade (W7 hadn't been released yet). Did the upgrade to W7, no problems. Learned to love W7, but then about a month ago I got a pretty bad Malware infection and ended up having to reinstall Vista, then W7 (Docs stayed intact). Since then my mouse has been very sluggish and the computer has generally been very slow and unresponsive. A friend of mine has said he experienced the same thing after a reinstall. I'm wondering if this is something common, or if any of you have experienced this yourselves or can offer any advise? Maybe there's some setting that can be tweaked?

We have a Dell Lattitude connect share 8.1 Cannot on or login Windows connection before WiFi E running Windows Professional Cannot share WiFi connection or connect before login on Windows 8.1 connected to an Active Directory domain The laptop has the latest drivers and BIOS including the driver for its Dell Wireless b g n Ghz adapter At the login screen we can connect to our wireless network which uses WPA nbsp with AES encryption to allow loading roaming profiles However we have to type in the key for the network every time because clicking quot Connect Automatically quot doesn't work before login Upon logging in to the machine the wifi connection is broken and we have to manually nbsp reconnect even though the profile Cannot share WiFi connection or connect before login on Windows 8.1 for the connection exists and it is not necessary to re-type the key for the connection Again quot Connect Automatically quot does not work In addition the wireless connection cannot be shared it's indicator for quot Network Availability quot is always quot Me only quot Also the network status on the quot View Network Settings quot pop-out is always quot Limited quot even though its status in the Network Connections window is quot Internet Access quot and quot Domain Network quot and the icon in the notification area is the one used for wired networks nbsp instead of nbsp the stair-step icon for wireless networks Things I have tried Deleting the profile for the wireless network for all users of the machine and reconnecting Updating the driver In fact I updated several drivers and nbsp the BIOS Deleting the adapter from Device Manager and reinstalling it Deleting all profiles under HKLM SOFTWARE Microsoft WcmSvc and HKLM SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows NT NetworkList Profiles Other Dell laptops including one of the same model do not have this problem nbsp Once I set up a connection to the wifi network using an administrator account the nbsp connection on those other machines is established before login I must solve this problem since we don't give the wireless key to users but they can't nbsp load their roaming profiles if they're not connected before logging in nbsp If anyone has any ideas about how to fix this I'll be grateful

Hello Everyone I am new here and have never really anniversary windows 10 Wifi connection update after issues posted on a help forum before But I am having crippling connection issues and have not found any threads that really represent my specific problem I have an ASUS laptop and have been running windows pretty much since it was available without any sort of network problems However since the large anniversary update my wifi connectivity seems to be somehow weakened My typical networks I use at home and at work seem to be fine It's now when trying to connect to hotel airport or coffee shop networks that seem to give me trouble Wifi connection issues after windows 10 anniversary update I travel Wifi connection issues after windows 10 anniversary update a lot and this is a big deal for me For example at the hotel I am currently staying at my iPhone which I am posting this with and Samsung tablet are able to detect the hotel wifi and connect without any problems But my laptop at times cannot even find the network If I walk around the room with the laptop sometimes I can pick it up briefly I can connect momentarily only to be dropped immediately when trying to access a website While my iPhone shows full bars the laptop will only ever show one or two Indicating that it is somehow weakened I have checked an have all the latest drivers My settings are set to obtainable ip automatically and so forth I am not sure if it's related but when I connect and open the network tray icon it shows one bar but the tray icon itself always shows full bars Very weird I have gone through this at every hotel I have stayed at since the update Talking to the hotel network techs they cannot help me as it seems to be related to my computer somehow Again this has only come up after the anniversary update Any troubleshooting points or advise would be greatly appreaciated I am here for the next week and will try anything Thanks

Hello there

First time user but I'm seen some very good answers and I'm hoping that someone can help me.

I just bought a new Windows 8 Pro laptop and I'm having problems with the wifi connection. I'll run the troubleshooter, and the troubleshooter will fix the problem but then the problem happens again repeatedly. The connection says that I'm connected to the wifi network, but there's no internet connection. I have another MacBook in the house and it's still running fine with the wifi connection, so I'm sure there's no problem with the wifi network.

Help please?

Hello,

My son recently got a new Samsung ATIV Book 4 laptop and it will continuously go from being "connected" to our wifi, to "limited." It works just fine while plugged in with ethernet cable.

I have tried unplugging and replugging in the router. It works for a while then goes to limited again. I looked this problem up through search engines and someone talked about a static IP address but I don't know our router login/password.

I also saw someone talk about wireless networks in the neighborhood that may be broadcasting on the same channel but there wasn't any info on how to check/change that.

I hope someone can help. There's nothing like getting a brand new toy that won't work right.

TIA,
myjunoli

A:Intermittent WiFi Connection on Brand New Laptop w/ Windows 8

After posting this I searched again and found a video that explained how to change the power management under configure under properties of the wifi connection that was showing limited connection (again). By unchecking the box that allows the computer to turn off the access point, the computer now leaves that function alone. But in order for it to work I needed to restart the computer (I know, an easy step that I totally forgot to do).

But it still doesn't work!!

So frustrating!

A:Wifi connection failed due to unknown reason on PC Windows V

rather than a pole, you need to give a lot more details

Make and model of the router
can other devices connect
how are you connected - wireless or cable
what device do you have - a PC, tablet, phone
What operating system OSX , Windows , IOS

So think about what someone who knows absolutely nothing about your setup would need to know , in order to help you

Hello there, hope you guys can help.

Here's the background: I'm on a windows 8.1 PC which is connected to the internet using an ethernet cable. I'm attempting to set up a wifi network via this PC using CMD prompt. I've successfully set up the network but I am having trouble allowing the ethernet connection to share the internet. When I go into the ethernet connection's properties and go to sharing, I've checked the box which says "Allow other network users to connect through this computer's internet connection" but it won't allow me to select my previously made wifi network in the drop down menu below labelled "Home networking connection." In the box it just says "Wi-Fi" and doesn't allow me to edit that field in any way.

What am I missing, and how can I fix this?

I don't know what you are missing nor what the problem is. Until you got to the last sentence of the longer paragraph it sounded like you wanted to share the internet connection with the Wi-Fi. No? Or are you objecting to Windows not allowing you to choose your own name for the Wi-Fi? Or do you have another network you haven't mentioned?

Have you tried to update "Windows Updates" this system using a wired connection?

Which make/model router are you using for this connection?

Hello and Welcome to TSF.

Please Subscribe to this Thread to get immediate notification of replies as soon as they are posted. To do this click Thread Tools, then click Subscribe to this Thread. Make sure it is set to Instant notification by email, then click Add Subscription.

Please note that the forum is very busy and if I don't hear from you within three days this thread will be closed.

------------------------------------------------------

Please stay with me until given the 'all clear' even if symptoms seemingly abate.

Kindly follow my instructions and please do no fixing on your own or running of scanners unless requested by a helper.

------------------------------------------------------

Due to the restrictions on Vista, all tools should be started by right-click > Run as Administrator

------------------------------------------------------

It appears that you have two antivirus programs installed and running, AVG and Ad-Watch. While this may seem like better protection, they can actually conflict with one another and cause system instability or even system hangs.

In additon, you will have to uninstall AVG in order to run ComboFix, as AVG targets ComboFix's embedded files and prevents ComboFix from running.

Uninstall AVG via Programs and Features in your Control Panel, then reboot.

If ComboFix still detects AVG after uninstalling AVG and rebooting, try removing AVG remnants with AppRemover:

Please download AppRemover and Save it to your Desktop. Double-click AppRemover.exe and follow the prompt to run it then click 'Next'.
Vista/Win7 users, right-click and choose 'Run as administrator'.
Under 'Select Removal Type' select 'Cleanup a Failed Uninstall' then click 'Next'.
Once the scan is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to remove remnants of AVG.
Reboot your computer if not prompted already.
------------------------------------------------------

If ComboFix still detects AVG, stop and let me know.

------------------------------------------------------

Please download ComboFix and Save it to your Desktop.

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

* Ensure you have disabled all antivirus and antimalware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Get help here

Double-click ComboFix.exe and follow the prompts to run it.

Your desktop may go blank. This is normal. It will return when ComboFix is done. ComboFix may reboot your machine. This is normal.

When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Please post that log, ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

Please re-enable your antivirus before posting the ComboFix.txt log.

A:Extreme lag when camming & computer is slow as well

Ok, this is solved. I couldn't wait any longer, but I wanted others to know what the problem was.

It was FLASH. It was corrupt. I had a feeling & mentioned it to him, so he went with that. I had thought it was the latest version's issue, but in the end it was corrupt.

It took the techie ages to get rid of all the left over flash files when he uninstalled it & then when he tried to put it back, it wouldn't go back. It took over 2 hours with me on Skype with him.

And my bad, I keep forgetting to clear the flash cache, so I advise anyone who doesn't know this, to do that. I wish CCleaner could do that so I'd get everything done in one shot.

Thanks

Hi,

not sure if this is the right thread to post my question.
I am working with a Laptop, Windows 2010 program. Since a few days I have noticed that when trying to open websites it takes extremly long for the website to come up.
Sometimes so long that I give you and log off.
I have run my antivirus program many times (Bidvest) to see if I 'accidently' have been invested by some virus, but so far nothing was discovered except some cookies.
is there anything what I could do to speed up this again?
Any suggestions?
Thank you already for any help.

Networking protocol in win 7. I suspect you are running "homegroup" which sometimes can have connectivity issues on some systems
I suggest to test you create a new connection using "workgroup" instead. If the problem disappears you can disable IPv6 and kill homegroup

After installing Win8 on 2 different PC's with 2 different WLAN adapters I came to the conclusion that my internet speed dropped to half the normal speed (Wired speed has no problems).
Searching the net I found "solutions" as updating driver and changing encryption from AES to TKIP, but the problem stays the same.

Has anyone got a working solution?

A:Slow Wifi in Windows 8

Hi,

You might try changing the channel the router is set to. There is a program that shows the cleanest/clearest channel. You could Google for it if interested. (I forget the name.)

Another good thing to do is set it to use short preamble. Then, also in device manager, make sure your adapter is set to use short preamble too, in Advanced properties.

I would leave it set for AES. That is the best security and the speed hit is so minimal you would not notice. (I get about 102-104 mbps on a 108 mbps router using it - no speed decrease at all.)

I would also update the firmware to the router to latest. Also, update WLAN driver to latest. If it has an Atheros chipset, update from here:

Hi,

so I just got a new Satellite NB10T-A with windows 8 and am having issues with the wifi connectivity.

It says I'm connected but the connection is limited.
I know it's not my wifi because all other laptops and computers in the house work fine with windows 7 and proffessional ect.

I've tried just about everything including troubleshooting which comes up with the message: Problem with wireless adapter or access point and/or IP configuration invalid.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A:Satellite NB10T-A - Limited Wifi connection running Windows 8

I assume you don?t know that Win 8 is past and outdated. The new Win 8.1 has been published by Microsoft some month ago and you could upgrade the Win 8 to Win 8.1 free of charge.

For that I would recommend you to follow the Toshiba step by step instruction
[How to Update from Windows 8 to Windows 8.|http://www.toshiba.eu/innovation/generic/windows8_1-upgrade-stepbystep/]

Regarding the Wlan.
I think the Win 8.1 upgrade would fix your issue but I think you should also fix it by new Wlan driver installation

I am having trouble trying to get my wifi to work. All this happen right after i fresh install the os.
I never had this problem before until now. Usually, it would be working right after a clean install but i guess
my luck ran out. This happen ever since i bought myself a Macbook Pro Retina. Maybe my laptop is very jealous -.-

It is Toshiba Satellite T115D-S1120

I tried web searching, tried driver install but it didn't work.
Any help will be great.

A:Limited Access (WiFi Connection) after fresh install Windows 7

Plug it in via ethernet cable to your router or modem, enable Automatically get recommended drivers and updates for your hardware (Step 3) and watch for driver to be installed in bottom-right System Tray. If it does, run all rounds of Important and Optional Windows Updates which should deliver your other drivers including wireless.

If not in Device Manager click on Network driver for wireless, on Driver tab have it Update Automatically.

If that fails import the Wireless driver from the Support Downloads webpage for your model PC using the Serial Number or model number, choosing Wifi or Wireless LAN and the bit version. Download the isntaller, unzip, rightclick on Setup to run, or browse into the driver folder from Device Manager>Network driver>Update driver>Browse.

If you have problems with any of this let us know.

We have a Dell Lattitude E running Windows Professional connected to an Cannot on WiFi share auto-connect Windows 8.1 login locally or connection before Active Directory domain The laptop has the latest drivers and BIOS including the driver for its Dell Wireless b g n Ghz adapter At the login screen we can connect to our wireless network which uses WPA nbsp with AES encryption to allow loading roaming profiles However we have to type in the key for the network every time because clicking quot Connect Automatically quot doesn't Cannot share WiFi connection locally or auto-connect before login on Windows 8.1 work before login Upon logging in to the machine the wifi connection is broken and we have to manually nbsp reconnect even though the profile for the connection exists and it is not necessary to re-type the key for the connection Again quot Connect Automatically quot does not work In addition the wireless connection cannot be shared it's indicator for quot Network Availability quot is always quot Me only quot Also the network status on the quot View Network Settings quot pop-out is always quot Limited quot even though its status in the Network Connections window is quot Internet Access quot and quot Domain Network quot and the icon in the notification area is the one used for wired networks nbsp instead of nbsp the stair-step icon for wireless networks Things I have tried Assuring that the WLAN AutoConfig service is running Deleting the Cannot share WiFi connection locally or auto-connect before login on Windows 8.1 profile for the wireless network for all users of the machine and reconnecting Updating the driver In fact I updated several drivers and nbsp the BIOS Deleting the adapter from Device Manager and reinstalling it Disabling all network devices in Device Manager except the wifi adapter Deleting all profiles under HKLM SOFTWARE Microsoft WcmSvc and HKLM SOFTWARE Microsoft Windows NT NetworkList Profiles Running SFC SCANNOW and DISM Disabling the wifi adapter's power management Enabling the wifi adapter's power management Resetting the nbsp TCP IP stack I have not as yet tried dropping the notebook out of a th floor window but I'm getting there Other Dell laptops including one of the same model do not have this problem nbsp Once I set up a connection to the wifi network using an administrator account the nbsp connection on those other machines is established before login I must solve this problem since we don't give the wireless key to users but they can't nbsp load their roaming profiles if they're not connected before logging in nbsp If anyone has any ideas about how to fix this I'll be grateful

I had similar problem with ES15.  It started by dropping wifi after about one hour of use, then got worse...Also was plagued with the infamous "red x" over the network icon down in tray at bottom. After slight improvement when I updated the firmware (it was out of date), problem degraded to point that I could not connect at all, even with re-booting. Finally, even no internet with ethernet!   Problem finally solved by doing the following: press "control/alt/delete" all at once, select "Task Manager",click "Services Tab" at top, click "status" tab on line just below the tabs: this will re-sort the services alphabetically together according to their status's (ie running, stopped)...click again on status until all the services in the top  of the list you are seeing all say "stopped". Carefully begin going down the list top to end of services that are stopped, any stopped service that contains a reference to network, connection, connectivity, discovery,x-box,wireless, LAN, WAN, homegroup,:click on it (memorize the service name), right click on it: select "open services" find that service in the alphabetical list,(notice the descriptions here are very detailed now) RIGHT CLICK IT, select "Properties" select "Start", If startup type is not "Automatic", select "Automatic", click apply. Go back to the previous services page, continue down the list from previous service (that you just changed) and find the next one, repeat above steps. It may be faster to make a handwrite a list of all the stopped services as described above, then open the more in depth services page where you can then make the services automatic and start them one after the other. I did this to about 20 services, then rebooted and have never had a problem connecting with wifi or ehternet again! (and never getting the red x anymore either).  This method was used well after live tech support chat with Acer tech support. I wish I could offer a specific service that actually was the culprit, but I was so frustrated by the time I finally tried this, I had lost the patience to deal with documenting the changed services. Once it's fixed you can always go back and turn off services back to manual, but If I did that I would immediately make sure it has not degraded my wifi connectivity before continuing with more! Hope this helps, 'cause I'm Lovin' it! (I am seeing wifi's all around my house I never saw before!)Good luck....Ron

Hey, I just recently moved to a new house, and since then, I've experienced severe packet loss (17%), My personal guess is that the wifi card on my laptop is dying since, before I moved I had to move the router closer to my computer for a better connection (Which is no longer possible in this new house.) This is getting extremely annoying, if anyone could try to come up with a solution it'd be great. Thanks!
Ah, and since I didn't give any information, if you require me to copy paste some information or provide a screenshot or anything, Feel free to suggest that and I will reply back with such things. Please help and thank you very much!

A:Extreme packet loss, internet hella slow.

Could also be the router.
Have you tried to connect with a different router? (friend, family, school, library etc.)

I eagerly awaited the online release of HL and once it was fully released I immediately went in to play after setting video Half-Life Slow-motion in-game FPS Extreme 2, 1 settings and the like Unfortunately every time I have tried to start a new game and play everything loads up but once the actual game starts since it s a new game it goes to the title screen first it slows to an absolute crawl Even Half-Life 2, Extreme Slow-motion 1 FPS in-game when I press escape to exit its extremely jittery and only goes away when I exit Now this is not simply low fps - it is actually in slow-motion I m getting about a frame per second in slowmo Normally when one would get Half-Life 2, Extreme Slow-motion 1 FPS in-game really low fps the actual gametime wouldn t slowdown - however with my problem it does By the way I have been playing Counter-Strike Source flawlessly beforehand and I can still play it flawlessly now so I can t seem to think of a problem from my video card Another Half-Life 2, Extreme Slow-motion 1 FPS in-game thing is interesting too - I occassionally play lemmings on internet explorer someone was kind enough to host it and once about or so lemmings are on screen everything gets extremely slow its a progressive slide to slowmotion hell Even though lemmings would run perfectly on any mhz computer my mhz Athlon processor cannot handle it Obviously its not the mhz that s the issue - there is some other problem with it The same problem at least seems to be happening for Half Life In any event I uninstalled Steam and am going to reinstall all the game files to see if that works What do you guys think the problem is and how can it be fixed nbsp

My problem is weird. I bought a brand new Lenovo z50-75 laptop. 4 cores, 4 Gb RAM, etc. I installed a 64 bit Windows 7 (SP1) on it. After I installed the Windows, the boot was long and the programs loaded slow too. So I downloaded the latest Ahci drivers (14.9), but nothing changed. I decided to try this out with SSD (Kingston SSDNow V300). The results were the same, the machine was SLOW! The Ahci is ON - I checked it in BIOS. What is happening? Please help me!

Hi HyperX and welcome to the community,

There was a similar problem over here and it looks like they fixed it.  Maybe it will work for you.
