Notebook model Pavilion x360 13-a151n k1w98ea#acbI have downgrade to Win7 x64, allmost all device are indetificated in Windows Device manager, except only ACPI\ACPI000E also I can't to connect bluetooth mouse Logitech M557 (it works fine under Win8)I have only Generic bluetooth adapter and MS Bluetooth enumiratorI have tried about 5 different versions of drivers of different manufactures from Intel and Broadcom but none succedd. Please help at least identificate which manufacturer bluetooth I need to install drivers. Thank you for help!
I recommend downloading and running Reimage. It's a computer repair tool that has been proven to identify and fix many Windows problems with a high level of success.
I've used it in the past to identify and fix everything from blue screens (BSOD's), ActiveX errors, corrupt files and processes, dll/exe/sys errors, recover lost memory, Windows update problems, defragging, malware removal etc.

Hi: What model wireless netowork adapter does your notebook have? You install the corresponding model bluetooth driver for the model wireless network adapter your notebook has. I doubt you will get the ACPI\ACPI000E device to install on W7. I have zipped up and attached the driver for it, but most of the time it won't install. You have to manually install it by browsing to the driver folder from the device in the device manager.

Product bought in Dec 2014. Have been giving power up problems for some time. When power adaptor connected and on no light comes on as if notebook totally dead. Got a new adaptor to try made no difference. I am thinking it must be the battery inside needs replacing and I can see a video on HP support site illustrating how to change the battery.Kindly can an expert verify looking at the symptoms if it is the battery please I can then go ahead and order a replacement and change it myself. Unless I'm missing something, this is a touch screen which you use your finger to navigate rather than a mouse. If you are more comfortable using a mouse you can use a usb type with the laptop. I personally don't know anyone who uses a stylus on a laptop touch screen.

The operating system is windows 8.1, I'm unsure of the bit size. The first thing that happened was the screen kept going black, I sent it off and it got fix, was never told what was wrong with it. Can the HP pavilion x360 13-s120 use an SSD for Windows 10? I have cloned my hard drive to SSD and when I install it says please install an operating system. I have also tried a fresh install of Windows to the SSD and it (and I) cannot find the required drivers. Is there a new BIOS that needs to be installed? Or is this scenario impossible? Hello ! I have choice betwen two models of Pavilion x360 13" : 13-a202nj 13-a201nj The 13-a202nj have a "ssd M.2" and the 13-a201nj have a sata SSHD. I wanted to know if these two models have the same mother board with a slot M.2 and a slot Sata or if they have two diferents boards one only with M.2 slot and one with only sata slot ? I am trying to find a stylus that is compatible with my touchscreen laptop so i can use it for onenote and things like that. I've tried a few styluses like the surface pen that didnt work and was very unresponsive. My HP Pavilion x360 will only charge when the lid is closed or the computer is in sleep mode. I have tried changing any relevant power settings and have already consulted multiple friends. I'm wondering if there's a hidden setting I have yet to discover The HP assistant check said the battery is OK. I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10 some time ago not sure if there is a link to the problem I saw a thread for the fix for the Windows 8.1 but sure if that will work for Windows 10 tried a few of the videos on you tube about uninstalling drivers but they did not help. any clues please

I also have a newish pavilion x360. It worked fine for two months but now we have the white light no screen caps lock light blinking problem. From other posts this is quite common. I'm surprised it hasn't been fixed at the factory yet.I need to buy five more notebooks for a small business. The x360 seemed perfect but am now reconsidering. I bought my Pavilion x360 from Germany and primarily I use the English language. I managed to change the operating system(Windows) to English, however I am at a loss when it comes to settings because the language is still German, all help related to the laptop is still German! Hi, The auto rotation setting stopped working some time ago and I'm having troubles trying to restore it.Also the keyboard and mouse pad are not automatically locking when the laptop is in tablet mode. The auto-rotate mode in "Screen resolution" is on. This message appears when I open the settings bar on the right side of the screen: Any idea how to change it? Hi folks Upgraded the ram recently from GB to the max GB and now Pavilion upgrade ram x360 11 problem the touchscreen doesn't work Everything else works fine and the machine is much faster than before so at least that part of the operation was a success Double checked all internal connections nothing to note In Device Manager the C HID device is marked as a problem nbsp and it reports that 'this device cannot start Code device returned an invalid HID descriptor' Driver is from but there seems to be no newer version Tried updating uninstalling reinstalling disabling the problem device to no avail I've since updated all nbsp the drivers that have an update available relevant devices or not Pavilion 11 x360 ram upgrade problem Rotation Lock is greyed out and if I do rotate the machine it sometimes gets stuck in portrait mode System info 'Pen and Touch - no pen or touch input is available for this display' I've run out of ideas so I'm hoping that someone here may have a suggestion or two Thanks in advance nbsp

I bought this laptop, new, yesterday. It charged all night. The specs say it has a battery life of 11.75 hours. That is the sole reason I decided to go with this laptop over one with better RAM. I just turned it on 30 minutes ago and it is 100% charged yet it only has a battery life of 5hr, 26 min. After 30 minutes of light use, it is 85% charged with 4hr, 3min left. Hello. I recently bought Pavilion x360 11, and on pretty much every review site etc. there was written that the full charge should last for approx. 6 hs of browsing internet. I tested it twice just browsing internet, and not even that much because at the same time i was playing on my PC. Both tests ended up in laptop hibernating after 4-4.5hs. I must say that is rather low battery lifetime, specially for me as I bought it for outside use mostly. Can it be defective battery or maybe upgrade to win 10 would work it out for me ? I recently just purchased a HP Pavilion x360 11-k101na and on the first day of using it, it restarted by itself twice due to some sort of problem, and it froze once and I couldn't get it to work. I had to hold down to power button to shut it down which I hate doing and upon turning it back on, it just wouldn't. This is only the first day of usage and I'm afriad something is wrong with it. I would make sure all updates have been done on the Notebook first. Restart the Notebook. Here is a link to show you how to configure and disable the screen rotation feature. In the Device Manager, click the arrow next to Display Adapters. Right-click on Graphics and select Uninstall Driver Software if more than 1 Graphics adapter do 1 at a time.Then restart the Notebook.The Notebook should find and automatically install the updated driver. When I try to turn my laptop on, the power button lights up, the fans run for a second, and then ceases. The power light stays on, and a light on the capslock key turns on and off repeatadly. The screen does not turn on at all. I would normally try a hard reset, but it does not have a removable battery. I have tried holding the power button for 15 seconds, but that doesn't do anything different. Hi, bit help needed please, since updated my laptop to windows 10 it just will not shut down, i have tried all the usual power options etc but if I am on it longer than half an hour and shut down, the screen goes off but nothing else, power button still lit up and discs whirring, i always have to shut down by holding the power button in for several seconds.I have searched the forums and seen downloads for EMEI driver, but not sure if this is the same driver for all laptops, or if this will actually fix the problem and not cause any other problems.Any help would be appreciated as I am getting nowhere with HP, Thanks

I already spoke to my mobile provider and that is not the issue. I am not able to connect my laptop to my hot spot on my iphone 6 plus phone. Hello, i have a HP Pavilion x360 11 - k120nd where i want to replace the current HDD for an SSD. to this purpase i purchased a Crucial MX200 500GB SSD. I have tested this drive in another workstation and it works correctly. However, when i swap the HDD in the tablet/laptop the system states there is no drive; Error 301. Is there any way i can make this work; is there a BIOS setting i need to change before the drive is detected?The drive is brand spanging new and tested OK in a desktop.

I am the unhappy owner of a Pavilion x360, prod. no. M9G20EA#UUW. Major issues:About half the times the screen is upside down when I open the PC. Sometimes closing and reopening turns the screen around. Sometimes a restart is needed.The hardware keyboard and touchpad randomly gets de-activated. A complete restart is needed for reactivation.The machine has been in for service. The service company claims that the were no hardware errors, and reverted the OS back to windows 8 - which did not solve the issues. I see in this forum that many has similar problems with this model. I have tried all the suggestions I could find here. Onfortunately it hasn't helped.
Just to follow up on this: HP transferred my "case" to the danish support, which contacted me by phone and was actually quite keen on helping me.I was send some drivers for display, chipset and touchpad, with instructions for installing them in a specific sequence.Unfortunately it did not solve the problem.I was then away for other business for a while, and when I came back to use the machine again, there was a display driver update from the HP Support Assistant app. Unfortunately the autoinstallation failed, but I managed to find the same driver on HP's product web-page and download and install it manually from there. I also found a newer version of the chipset driver, which I also installed.Installation of these drivers required a great deal of tinkering, including using a third part utility (supplied by HP) to completely remove the old display driver, several reboots into safe mode, etc.At the time of writing this I have experienced no keyboard issue for some time - hoping that it is gone completely. The issue with the screen being upside down is still there, but to a much lesser degree. Furthermore, the orientation sensor seems more sensitive, so that just jerking the screen back and forth a bit wil make it rotate into correct position.If this will continue to be the situation, I can live with it.But still: all this work to make a product work (almost) as advertised should not be necessary. Hi , I Bought New HP Pavilion 13 x360 u004tu laptop. After 30 mintues of usage ,I physical converted my laptop into tablet, when it prompt for tablet mode I give NO. now in start menu I'm trying to drag a App from most used app column to Some groups(Ex: life at a glance group). HP Pavilion x360 m1 Convertible keyboard becomes disabled with screen "flexed" around 360 degrees. A larger monitor is plugged into HDMI port and it works fine. Keyboard works with screen in normal approximately 100 degree postions all the way to flat (180 degrees). But if screen is "flexed" past flat then keyboard becomes disabled. Mouse does work when screen "flexed" or folded. The unit is new with no software additions. The reason for wanting to fold the screen all the way under is that the space available to rest the laptop on is too narrow to accomodate the full size of the unit with the screen folded out to 180 instead of able to be folded underneath the main body/keyboard. Good day,Just last night my laptop slipped off the bed when my dog jumped in and the touchscreen now is cracked and won't work. All other features, sound, keyboard, everything else seems to run fine but the screen is cracked and nothing is registering my touch.I still have my warranty on it as I checked online and would like to know what would be my next step. I currently live in the Bahamas and got this laptop as a gift and they brought it from the states. I would really hope that this is a quick fix. Eventhough the product is in warranty, this is an induced damage and is not covered as a part of warranty. you can contact the local HP technical support there who will support you their best on a charge basis. I have a pavilion x360 with a power up password i can't remember, i was without using it since January. I have tried a master code calculator but without sucess. I don't wan a lose my files :'(When entering 3 times wrong, it displays the message:"System Disabled[ 84461430 ]" I could not even find a way to format it without bypass the bios password i put in it before...What can i do? =/

I have a HP Pavilion x360 11-n010dx notebook and I would like to be able to have/ use the Miracast/WiDi feature that the Windows 10 Anniversary update is suppose to have. I have the options to use the connect app and project the screen but I can not connect any devices to either. I've had this notebook for about months In trying to copy some files from a Windows 13-sr128 Pavilion x360 to boot won't hard drive folder to One Drive I got a message that there was not enough disk space I don't believe the disk was filled and suspected a virus I was going to do nbsp a Malwarebytes scan and in the process of Pavilion 13-sr128 x360 won't boot to Windows updating definitions MBAM popped up a message that it couldn't load the anti-rootkit driver or some such and gave me the choice of scanning without it or restarting and looking for the driver I chose Pavilion 13-sr128 x360 won't boot to Windows to restart Instead of rebooting I saw PREPARING AUTOMATIC REPAIR gt DIAGNOSING YOUR PC gt AUTOMATIC REPAIR gt YOUR PC DID NOT START CORRECTLY Then I am given the Pavilion 13-sr128 x360 won't boot to Windows option to restart or go to advanced options nbsp Choosing restart repeats the same loop endlessly and windows has not booted up since Trying a system restore I get an error that there is not enough disk space nbsp I used a Bit Defender rescue USB utility to boot to that app and did the scan It found one infection GEN VARIANT SYMMI -- and deleted it The PC still would not boot I repeated the scan and no further infection was found nbsp Via the cmd prompt I deleted the recycle bin and a bunch of files to free up space for system restore and ran the restore and got the error that the restore point was corrupted and destroyed Apparently that trojan is buried deep and I'm nbsp afraid I may find that the HP recovery files have also been corrupted or wiped out I was hoping to avoid a reset anyway nbsp with the resultant loss of programs and settings but it appears that may be my best option unless someone here can suggest something else to try nbsp Also I have not been able to find the HP page for ordering recovery media I found the page with detailed instructions about what nbsp one needs to know about ordering such as getting the correct model number and serial number of the computer but I can't find the nbsp place to enter that information and locate the correct usb recovery media Can someone point me to the page nbsp Thanks for your suggestions for resolving the boot problem and for ordering media nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsphttp://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Boot-and-Lockup/Pavilion-13-sr128-x360-won-t-boot-to-Windows/td-p/5734333

4.5 hours is actually very good. The 9 hours is based on some conditions not likely to be duplicated in the the real world. I took a quick look at your attached event log - it's a clean download if anyone is concerned, although the site itself may have adverts etc so if you download it, please be careful that you're downloading what you think you are!I haven't had chance to look through it more thoroughly but you seem to have a lot of errors and warnings which aren't normal. You say you've had this computer for two weeks, was it bought new? Hello, Long story short, I accidentally spilled a good amount of Mountain Dew on the right half of the keyboard and it still functions most of the time, but it is sticky beyond belief. Is there any way to clean the keyboard or get a keyboard replacement? I just got off the chat service with HP and they were charging me $299.99 to fix it which is a ludicrous deal. HI x360 pavilion since charge Upgrade 10 won't WIndows hp There Ever since I upgraded from Windows to my HP Pavilion x has been a complete wreck Including charging and sound issues I've been able to resolve the sound issue hp pavilion x360 won't charge since WIndows 10 Upgrade by using device manager and uninstalling the drivers entirely I have done the same for the charging problem but to no avail-restart after restart it refuses to charge This -in- tablet pc was purchased about a year ago And has only had problems since the upgrade nbsp I do not feel comfortable removing the battery as the batter on this particular model is actually enclosed in the casing As I mentioned I've uninstalled the battery drivers from device managers a few times nbsp Is there A way to get the battery to take a charge without removing it i e troubleshooting site A way to roll they OS all the way back to Windows I've tried rolling it back a few versions but I'm still in Windows nbsp Thanks for your help
